Ugh! Bean is dumb this morning. I gave Zener a dose of prednisolone and I shouldn't have.
:-x :-x I hope it doesn't mess him up. Otherwise, all is good here. I saw him have a nice healthy poo in the yard, so it looks like the miralax dose is good, at least for now. 
It was raining again this morning, very lightly, just enough to squash any thoughts of a yard patrol. It's a bit sunny now. I hope it warms up! I've had to turn on the space heater to warm up the house.
I just carried him outside for a sniff at the catnip bush, then he came back in on his own, stopping for a pee and a drink of water. We are off to the vet in a bit for a follow-up visit from Sunday and starting prednisolone. The vet will also give me a lesson on abdominal exams because every time we come home from a vetty visit, Zener is ravenous. We think it's something the vet does in the exam. :lol:
From yesterday's condo:
We are celebrating Zener's birthday this week! We don't know exactly what day he was born, as he was a rescue. We brought him home at the end of September and he still had blue eyes. We have always said that his birthday is Aug 26 since I was born on June 26 and Tillie was born on April 26. So just to cover all of our bases, we are celebrating all week! The culmination will be when Anne gets home on the 26th.
Thank you for Rusty for all of the cakes and cookies! Yum! And only 4 more darks, kitties, until Annebean is home. That's just your 4 paddy paws! Getting closer...
Thinking of ailing kitties and beans and grieving beans too. My friend Jen is going to help her kitty to the Rainbow Bridge this afternoon. Sending comfort vines to Lyresa and DH, healing vines for Amy's DF, Wendy's DM and DA, Tricia's Cinco and civie Sasha, and others in need. TGIF, LL!
