Yesterday we had an all blue numbers day and a poop--it was a banner day for Ruby-doo.

I will be home all day waiting for Henri to pass and the rain to abate, a fact that will no doubt make some kitties around here very pleased. Vet tech will be coming tomorrow and Tuesday while I am working during the day to test and give fluids, so hopefully we'll have more poops by Wednesday.

Thanks, Marina! Ruby is fine. We had a snuggle session this morning. Hope Chico is doing well!

I've been battling water in the basement all day. Cannot wait until this storm is over.

Hi Katherine how is your weather? I am so very sorry to hear about the water in the basement that stinks!! My parents struggle with that a lot. How are the kitties with all the rain? My girls always act wonky with crazy weather. Hope you are all feeling well!

Ohh, snuggle session i love those with Chico but for some reason lately he snuggles more with DB (gealous)

Chico is doing overall fine playful, cuddly and just sweet , but i am still drilling my brains with his diet, he is still having some loser stools here and there. worrying us but we are not giving up

So, how did the goat go down? It's a protein readily available here, but not something I fed much. I hope you'll see more poops before Wednesday. Once Neko was treated for SCL she was back to every day and a half.

Good luck with the storm, just wish you could divert a little of it to our forests on fire.

Thanks, Suzanne. It's very hard fighting nature. It's a losing battle. Hope you and your clowder are doing well!

So, how did the goat go down? It's a protein readily available here, but not something I fed much.

I was a little nervous about introducing the goat so I did a 50/50 mix with chicken and the cats have been licking their bowls clean. I get the feeling that they like anything I make them to eat as long as I use EZ Complete. The purveyor I get it from has fattier cuts of it, as from what I know it's usually quite lean like venison.

Sorry that your parents battle the flooding too! The rain has been unrelenting and we have had about 6 inches of water since last night and the pumps don't seem to do anything. The cats don't seem to even notice the lightning, thunder, and torrential rain!
