Hi Jan.

Sorry I didn't get your tag earlier, but it looks like you had lots of support - not that you really needed it, cuz I think you know what you're doing. Radar appears to be enjoying a nice, safe, healthy surf. I'll check back when you're due for the +5, just in case.

Hi Jan--
I love pancreas booster and gluco ensure but Dre was getting fed up with me shoving pills down his throat 2x a day --he got a whole pill 2x a day of each and now he also gets the Canna (which is tiny pill)

If you look at his ss you will see where we stopped because his numbers are all over the place and high:banghead:

I plan to start them again soon .... life has been a little crazy and I don't think I could deal with my sweet boy running away from me:(

Actually you have inspired me to start tonight--he needs to get back on track and feel better than he has been (although he is now addicted to my lap top and watching cat TV it is too funny watching him chase the screen and then just plop on the key board:cat:

Don't mean to hijack Jan's condo, but Jayla have you tried putting the pills together in a gelcap? I did that with Minka's because she was on so many pills and it worked great.

I do that with Rico but Dre is ummm big boned :rolleyes:
He gets a whole pill 2x a day
I think I will do 1 am and the other pm even tho it won't be as effective he really did settle in the bouncing area and he felt really good.

You should actually consider getting Dre back on the PB and see if it helps his numbers settle down. I understand your reluctance to do "things" that cause the kitty to go the other way when they see you coming. I don't give Radar a pill since he is also quite annoyed with the procedure. :eek: I just open the capsule and put it in a little baby food with his probiotic in the morning and the evening. Because Radar tends to have such a sensitive tummy, I also have adjusted the amount down to about 1/4 of the capsule so that 1 capsule lasts 2 days. My less is more approach seems to be working ok for him.

Ok you must tell me about cat TV... I've never heard of it and am so terribly curious now. Where can I go to watch? Is it actually for cats or is it to entertain humans?

I hope your life calms down soon so you can enjoy the little things that bring us joy.
