yesterday

i'm just a bundle of nerves this morning. job interview in an hour and it's one of those "nothing is right" feelings - not the right clothes, i need a haircut, do i take a portfolio when all the docs were submitted online?

and punkin is stretched out on the coffee table watching me. we can't seem to get the perfect dose - 14 is too much, 13.5 is not enough. i guess we're going to try to hit in between tonight.

I hope your job interview went great! It is so easy to get nervous and second guess everything. I always get really nervous, especially when it is one I really want.

Hopefully you find the right dose for Punkin. He wants you to get just the right number of drops. :lol:

I was sending you good vibes today about your job interview! I hope they reached!! (We aren't that far apart :-D Close to neighboring states, I think!)
I hope Punkin makes up his mind about what he wants, geez! Mine is picky about food, yours is picky about dosage. Kitties. :-D

Hi guys .. Hopefully your job interview went well for you .. sometimes we overthink things and when we walk out, we realize we were just right all along .. now punkin, settle into a nice dose for your beanz ok?

hahaha bunch of non-intimidating middle aged women!

the funny thing was that as i left the interview, my keys slid down inside my pant leg with a nice jingly sound and landed on the floor. hahahahaha these things keep us humble! just in case i got too full of myself. i had tucked them into my waistband - just the remote and one house key, and somehow they made it inside my pants. bwahaha. fortunately no one saw that little episode, i don't think. anyway, really short interview, nice people, i might have a chance - you never know. it went fine. it's hugely inconvenient to get to that school and there's a similar position closer to me that i'd rather have. i only just submitted the app for the closer one yesterday, though - and i know they are on a fast track to get people hired before school starts. same school district for both positions, working with autistic teens.

thanks for the good vibes - i calmed down before i got there and hopefully will get an offer.

punkin was very cooperative about the whole thing, too. good boy. cat_pet_icon

It sounds like it was a good interview - too funny about the keys... :lol: Good luck with it - better luck with the one you want.

And more good luck with punkin's dose. ahhhh... the joys of microdosing,. One would not think that with a dose as large a Punkins that .25 would make a difference... looks like maybe it could. punkin - you are so lucky! You get more juice!

So glad to hear the interview went well! I think every interview needs a little spark of human nature - otherwise, we'd all seem like robots! I hope you can get Punkin's dose figured out...I know how frustrating all the trial-n-erro stuff is.

we went back up to 14u tonight. i forgot to tell the DH that i was going to try 13.75.

punkin was so cute, though - he laid on the coffee table for about a half hour before his pmps just purring away. loudly. just laying there purring. he is the most awesome cat. :lol: i realize that's not all that stellar, but i enjoyed it. :-D :-D

i'm off to bed. looks like all is fairly quiet in lantus land! night all.
