Morning and good time for lots of ~O) ~O) Well, at least we stayed in blue. This is the second day of Maggie's dose increase, so maybe she'll settle into it and get back to those nice Maggie numbers. No poo yet for Inspector Poo's daily rounds! I think I only got 1/4 tsp. into her yesterday. It looks like she needs double that dose! It will be a trial and error until I find the magic dose. I think the constipation will keep her in the higher numbers and also the heat/humidity which should level off today. Maggie seems well today, good appy, lots of chatter here and there thru the night. Have a nice day everyone. I plan on errands and calling a friend to get together for coffee/late breffifs.

Blue is a good start! It will take you awhile but you will find that "magic" dose for her poo issues. At least you have found something that works. Sounds like she is feeling good and that is what it's all about. Enjoy your coffee and have a great day Ann!

Nice start for Mags! I'm sure she'll start working the juice soon. It always takes Trix a little while to settle into a dose...it does test one's patience, that's for sure!

Hi Ann & Maggie,
Today may be the day that the dosecrease begins to kick in. And hopefully today will be the day that the miralax dose begins to work well. Paws and fingers crossed.

Thanks Melissa, yes, important thing is Mags is feeling good. She was really hollering up a storm when I was in the shower! :lol:

Amy, I think it will take a few days for the dose to settle. No rushing a kitty!

Ella, thanks for the paws crossed for the dose and Miralax to do it's magic. Yay, the humidity is less today and nice temps, too! :-D

Go Maggie - I like that +3. I hope she settles into the new dose too. How about today Maggie? maybe a dip into the green lagoon? Good luck Ann. So so ncie to read that she feels good. :-D

Not too bad of a poo report either. Sounds like Maggie may need a bit more of the Miralax. At least it seems to be working - this is good!

Enjoy your time out - I hope you will be able to do breffis with your friend. I love those.

The weather is getting cooler already? Is it Autumn? We sre still hot & humid in HK. Still in the monsoon windy season.

Thank all for the visits - Michelle, Lisa, Leslie, Devon, Rhiannon and Helen. Thanks for the poo vines and the work the juice vines, too. It doesn't look too bad today. I couldn't get myself going today and had a short btd with Maggie, purring away. So if she dipped any, it was slight. She's such an easy kitty. Yes, we just have to work at the poo situation.

It's still a good blue. I'm still trying to get caught up, but I hope the poo issues are under control soon. Is Mags back to 3 drops, same as Tess again?

I hope the humidity is letting up, it was awful in downtown LA over the weekend. So nice to get home to our nice ocean moderated temps.

Sending Maggie poo vines for some more lb action soon. Hope she co-operates with the syringing so you can find that magic dose! Hope you have a nice breffis with your friend:)

I hope you have a fun brunch with your friend. I love those!

Maggie sounds like she needs a little more miralax. Racci needed 1/4 bid at first. Now she's needing a little less - about 1/4 one time & 1/8 the other. You'll find the right dose through trial and error.

Thanks for all the visits. Maggie is having a lazy, sleepy day. We had a nice marine layer all morning which made it feel cooler.

Hi Dale, it looks like Mags did stay in the blue! Surprise, I'm also trying not to let her eat anything after the +7! I'll give in if I feel she needs something.

Hi Ann & Tess, little Maggie is up to four drops now and not making that much of a difference in her numbers yet. Yes, she's still having poo problems. I'm attempting syringing Miralax and water to make sure it gets into her. When I mix it in the food, she doesn't always clean the plate! San Diego has had the high temps/humidity for what seems like several weeks, very unusual for us.

Thanks Tamara for the poo vines. Maggie has semi cooperated with the syringing. She thinks it is the Lactulose, and when she tastes it and can tell it's water, she's better at letting me syringe her.

Anne & Zener, I love the pic :lol: :lol: someone stole Maggie's poop! Still no action yet reporting to Chief Inspector Crapdash!

Hi Melanie, yes, it sure is trial and error. I've tried syringing some of the Miralax cocktail also on her food.

Relax Ann, our kitties can sense our stress. I am sure MAggie knows that you are the poo inspection & constantly checking on her LB! :lol:

They See All!!!! I give Moonie 1/8 tsp in her morning plates, and she eventually by end of the day, ingests most of it--Poo every day!--Hope Maggie will give you a great poo soon!
Love the nice blue & I am sure the dosecrease will settle in real soon bringing her into good numbers--

So far so good on this dose on the 2nd day and all blues!

Thanks Roni for the nice things you said about us. :-D It seems a lot of the kitties get a dose of Miralax daily.

Thanks Carla, I hope this dosecrease holds. We went up two drops. She seemed almost close there for a while.
 
Ann, I'm sorry to hear that Miss Maggie is still having the poo problems. Cleo doesn't always like to eat her food when Miralax is mixed in. Very frustrating! Nice lower numbers this evening.
