Morning! Maggie is starting out on a nice blue. She must have run low last night as she finished all the overnight food. She had two mini breffifs, brushing and no play time yet. I did find the mouse pole toy in a different place in the living room, so she had it in her mouth dragging it near the patio. When I first rescued Maggie, she had this strange habit of gathering a few of those furry mice and a tiny stuffed bear and placing in a neat pile on the floor, crying/talking the whole time, and in the middle of the night. This went on for a long time. Finally I had an opportunity to ask an animal behaviorist about it, and he said it was her act of bringing food to her babies. Sadly, she had lost a litter of babies to a wild animals before some tenants could rescue them. She grieved a long time. Just a little history on my baby. Maggie's taking her umpteenth nap on the recliner. Hope everyone has a nice Monday.
