(LOTS today Elsa! please.....), and Happy Fursday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT!WACKY WEDNESDAY is over!!! What a relief. I hope Lola and Bug didn't go too wacky. There have been no complaints so maybe all is well with Paw Prints Pizza. Today they is chillin' perfecting their tuna cheese for next Tuna Tuesday's pies.... I think they just want to eat tuna today. They did this last Fursday too! silly kitties! They had such a good time with the Full Moon party and Ollie's Plane! They think his pizza ovens are da-bomb, and may start using them as their home base. HUH? well.... hmmmmm.... no more mess in my kitchen???? Weird, that is just weird. so. well. anyways. Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Double shot Breve's, with beans from high in the Brazilian Mountains.... and for my mocha fans: a VENTI Quad Blueberry infused white mocha/mocha blend with white chocolate chips melted within, swirled with a raspberry puree, topped with a strawberry infused whip garnished with caramelized berry sprinkles and white chocolate curls and a caramel drizzle.......SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of 4 berry and vanilla and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with caramel and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts are along for the ride!
I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. It was a fairly typical one for me and Nicholas, the energizer FISH. He sure does love the pool! We had a great time while there, did all the things we could, and then some. He just never tires of it all. Fatigue will win out anytime, never boredom. It seems that I say that every week, but it it so true. Here is what I posted last night about yesterday: "Hi everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. We did great here, the energizer FISH was just that: ENERGIZED! :lol: :lol: We did go to the pool, NIcholas knew it was Wednesday, and Wednesday is alwyas pool day. It was one of those mornings when he gets here and after the normal play and chase time with the kitties and then breakfast, he's running down the hall to get his swim stuff. :lol: :lol: :lol: A man on a mission this morning. He did well in the pool, had lots of fun. He spent some time showing off for a lady that made a point of coming over and telling him what a good swimmer he was. oh haha. He spent the next 15 minutes going back and forth, doing all sorts of crazy underwater stuff. Little guy had an audience, and he sure did play to it!
It made for fun times. He was on the tired side this AM. It seems to be the norm the past few weeks. For whatever reason he's been waking up at 2AM, and thinks it's cool to play then, and so he does. LOL: mom and dad finally get William to sleep through the night, and now Nicholas is making up for it. :lol: :lol: :lol: :roll: :roll: :roll: He played hard today, crashed big time about 1:30. oh - we also did the trails too, hunting for and picking blackberries, and a few remaining huckleberries. Nicholas had such a blast exploring an old 3 ' diameter drainage pipe that was dry and had no water running through it, since we haven't had rains. In and out he went. ;-) ;-) That was fun. Normalcy in MusketeerVille! In fact, things have been abnormally quiet! :shock: :roll: :roll: :shock: Well at least now they are. Last night however.... the thundering herd started in at 9PM with the running and the chasing and the knocking over anything they could, and the flying though the air.... :shock: :shock: :roll: GO LOLA! GO BUG! Crazy kitties! so.... per the norm that stellar performance was repeated at 10PM, midnight, 1AM, 3AM, and just in case I missed any of them: 4AM. By then Elsa, who had told them they were crazy and that she needed her beauty sleep, was perturbed and proceeded to start in with the kitty choir, singing her lungs out at 4AM, wanting breffis. sheshhhh! Who needs to sleep? certainly not me. SHESSSHHHHHH! And speaking of breffis, Nicholas has this thing now for waffles, so that was the request yesterday, and probably will be today too. I am guessing he gets his fill of berries while we are out on a trail, which is LOTS (!!)... Anyways: waffles it was, and Lola made sure she got some too. well, in all honesty - she was just after the butter! See?: Waffles RULE! It was a good day for the kitties: no messes, no torn this and that, a few frig door rides for Lola though, no dirt piles, and no furniture scratching. Yay on that last one! Such a good girl, that Lola. She is curled up on my lap, purring up a storm, taking a little kitty nap as I type this. awwwwwww...... cat_pet_icon
Have a great day everyone. I am back on DGS duty today. My DD, Erin, will be up today with both boys. She has asked to go to Deception Pass, as she has never been. All this time as a Washingtonian and she has not been to Deception Pass... so we will go. it is gorgeous there - impressive trademark bridge, some nice beaches, and some cool lakes and trails. It should be a great day! We should have decent weather, at least there are no rains predicted. YAY! I will try and get to condos when I can.
