All I gots to say is "cute dancer"
Come down slowly, Bastian.

Re: 5/22 Foster Bastian Starts the Day RED

That is a quick, huge drop! Stay low when you go low Bastian...you don't have to climb back up so high!

Re: 5/22 Foster Bastian Starts the Day RED

the early, fast drops are why I say these are bounces rather than lack of duration. Dropping 200 points at onset is enough to make anybody bounce. It's normal, though, for cats who haven't been doing this long. The bouncing does level out eventually.

I think I read one day that you have experimented with spreading out his food differently. Are you still doing that? Some folks here are having success slowing down their bouncy kitties that way. Split the PS meal into 3-4 servings and feed at PS, +1, +2 (experiment to see what times work best for Bastian). Then feed less in the last half of the cycle. If you're currently giving a meal late in the cycle, try moving that one earlier or adding it to what you're splitting up earlier in the cycle.

Back when Lucy was on the juice, we just let them keep bouncing until one day they stop. Now we're getting better at manipulating that part of the curve too.

Food. We are giving Bastian small frequent meals.
