But I just discovered he's been peeing and soaking my rugs ruining the hardwood floors peeing under the furniture. I'm finding puddles everywhere. I've put up barricades, extra litter boxes. He's done so much damage. It's been going on for a while by the amount of damage. Is this part of the acro? I'm going to take him to the vet tomorrow to see what is going on. Maybe his symptoms are progressing faster. He's got a big pot belly for sure. Stridor when sleeping,rough looking coat.

He had been in high numbers until recently, that might have caused the behaviour. Worth taking him to the vet and checking for at UTI as well as seeing how his kidneys are doing. I heard of other non acro diabetics doing the same in high numbers. You might want to invest in puppy pee pads and lay them around the litter boxes.
