he sure is. When my DW and I are going out of town and drop him off at the vet's for kenneling, the whole staff comes out to rub him around. Sadly, they won't be allowed to feed him his favorite treat, Doritos Nacho Cheese chips, anymore with his new regimen.

Hi Gary! Vinnie is a handsome one...and yes....no more of that junk for .... poor Vinnie... LOL!
Just wondering when Vinnie was first dx with FD? Does he have any other health issues?

dx was three months ago after developing classic symptoms. He's otherwise healthy, 13 y/o, had to have an exploratory surgery a couple of years ago after our rottie caught him napping on a tractor seat. His fat belly (20# until developing DM, 14# now) probably saved his life as the bite didn't get to any organs. During the recuperation, he changed his lifestyle from barn cat to housecat, now spends half his daytimes outdoors.
