Gorgeous start for T....congrats to Mason!!! I'm sure you're proud of having your son be not only so sweet, but so responsible that he's already buying a place of his own. I hate to say it, but I know so many parents who make excuse after excuse about why their kids, who are working full time, just "can't" afford to support themselves (of course that's because they are spending all of their money on toys and playing). Great job to you and DH for raising such an awesome kid!!

Awwwww thanks Amy. It is pretty impressive at 23 to be able to buy your own place. We did the walk through last night and our realtor, who I have known for 18 years, commented about how responsible Mason is. She has a son the same age who is just wandering aimlessly. I sometimes just take it for granted, but we are very thankful he turned out so well. :-D Now what to do with his room! LOL

Congrats to mason! How exciting, his first home. It is so great to see kids turn out to be responsible adults, with a purpose. My son, the middle one, was also a homeowner in his early 20's. it was a goal of his, and i'll be darned f he didn't make it happen. Kudos to you too, as alot of how these kids grow comes from parenting. I hope the transition for Mason and Tarragon, goes well. and HAHA on the what to do with his room.... I remember that too! We made an office out if my sons room. Many good wishes to Mason in his new home.

Nice Start! Congratulation to Mason! He sounds like a great kid, well, not so much a kid anymore. I hope Mr. T isn't too upset.
