am guessing that the P&C food last night kept him from going low, so today *might* be active, who knows? no middle of the night waking, instead Catcat started bugging me at 4 AM (really too early for me to have brain power to test, yet late enough that PS might be food-influenced)

he's out prowling now, substantial breakfast so he's fat and sassy .. still with a narrow figure looking down from above though -- DH borrowed my scale so I can't check him unless I go get another one

Come on Catcat lets get rid of those nasty Pinky #'s! We prefer Green around here :D

Ok Mr. Catcat, lets see you back down honey.
Candy - it seems odd, but I have seen better peaks when starting higher. Catcat is so beautiful - there is something special about red cats.

bounces and dips -- he seems to be fond of that trampoline -- I chose some slightly higher carb food for overnight, hoping he would get the blues and maybe green during the daytime today when I can see them

one of these days I'll be able to retrieve the pictures on the iPad when red/orange Catcat was wandering around with orange (with white feet and bib) barncat Kurry

yes I think the gene that produces red cats, also influences their personalities -- works with the flamepoint Siamese too

not sure what's going on -- he looks happy, he looks hungry, it's spitting rain so I doubt that he's getting into anything outdoors -- and he's been eating Fancy Feast all day, not the Paws & Claws I fed him overnight -- maybe he just slid too many points down this morning from preshot to onset, and it's a bounce

evening preshot may tell me something, then of course it may not --

now I have to worry about myself -- wound up pricking my finger, since the strips were right there I tested me -- eeeek ! 21 -- and that's mg/dl ....
no wonder I've been feeling a bit below par .. of course that was after blood had started to coagulate, no telling how accurate it was -- had to take care of cat and equipment first, so there was a bit of delay

don't know why Catcat insists on that pink -- PMPS = 322 -- at least he came down a bit from earlier -- dug out some Blue Wilderness salmon which he dearly loves; but may give him the rest of the P&C at bedtime in case he tries to go low overnight -- cannot depend on waking up in the wee sma's -- as my mother in law used to say

with luck he will move down gently ... not so fast that he bounces again

since I'd really like to have a tomorrow full of blue-greens ...

HC -- yes, after protein and a little fat, I did have some HC -- snickerdoodle cookie ....
have had a tendency for hypoglycemia since my teens, not to sure that test on me was accurate, the strip had been sitting out awhile, was a "not enough blood E-7 error strip from yesterday .. since I'm chronically tired and emotionally exhausted, that's part of it, but I didn't have the shakes which is usually the first symptom I notice when I'm getting really low -- just like the cats ...
