Yes, better. The increased and more frequent dose of Ondansetron has definitely made a difference, but it has made him more constipated though, which is his main IBD symptom! It has also been 3 days since his last dose of chlorambucil- in anticipation of switching to the pulsed dose next week- and I think this has also really helped him a lot! Hoping to switch him to budesonide after our appt. w/ the specialist next week if she agrees and maybe stop the Chlorambucil completely? I guess the bude could cause him to require insulin again, but it would be better than watching him starve to death!

I’m hoping the im vet has you try only budesonide. It might not effect bg. Hard to say but better if it works like you say. How’s the reading coming?

I would be so relieved if we could manage him w/ bude alone!

Reading is going well! I have learned so much and saved lots of info. It is a very sad quiet place there, however :(.

This was next on my list, particularly now that he is eating. I was using psyllium but hadnt noticed any real difference.
