Glad to see Lucian ignored the normal "flat yellows before an active cycle" rule last night and did not keep you up. But then, as we well know, Lucian dances to his own unique tune. ;-)

I don't like leaving him when he's below 100, especially early in the cycle. I need to go to the bank and pick up my pharmacy refills. I think I'll do that in a few minutes, so I'm here for the latter part of his cycle.
My son just brought me some of the money that he owes me, YAY! Paying court last week left me almost broke. :-x If I have less than 100 in the bank, I stress out. Seems like whenever my account is low, some emergency happens and I have to try to come up with money for something. Like car repairs, etc. Those 'no warning' things.
100 must be the magic number with me. :lol:
So I'm going to finish my coffee, test Lucian and head out, if he's still safe. If not, it'll be tomorrow I guess. :roll:

76 and he ate an hour ago, I don't think I'm going anywhere today. Might be able to go later, but I doubt it, as fast as he's dropping, as early in his cycle as it is.
I'll just have to get by without my nausea meds until tomorrow. Xanax also works for nausea, there's a tidbit of trivia for ya. But I don't like to take them unless absolutely necessary, but it beats puking your guts out. I can get by until tomorrow if I have to. 
I may not get anything else done though. :lol:

Tested my civvie Meow Meow ( Shadow, but no one calls her that LOL), 30 mins after eating, she's at 75. :thumbup She clawed me though, she was asleep and I thought that would be the best time, maybe not? :lol:

OMG SO FUNNY! Lucian watched me test Meow Meow and when I got done and put it on the post, he came over and meowed at me for his test!! 'Can't test her and not test me, too!' :lol: He's at 58. If he drops below 50 again, it's time for a reduction, I didn't reduce last time he did.

I have Graves disease, one of the side effects of it is nausea and vomiting. I also have Gall Stones, which causes nausea, vomiting and pain. So it's a double whammy for me. I have to be very careful what I eat, so the gall bladder doesn't act up. But sometimes, no matter how careful I am, the Graves takes over and I'm praying to the god of cars! (Buuuuick!!!) :lol: So I have a running refill on my nausea meds. No, the xanax doesn't make me loopy unless I take several, they are low dose. 1 or 2 is all I usually take, it's for my anxiety disorder, but works for nausea in a pinch. I took 1 earlier because I was feeling iffy and now the nausea went away, but I feel no other effect from it, except a calmness, I can't get stressed out on them! :lol:
Being the type of drug that it is, I rarely take more than a couple a week and sometimes can go a week or 2 without needing them. It depends on my anxiety level. I'm funny about addictive meds, being a recovering addict and clean since 1992. So when it comes to the xanax or pain meds, I keep close eye on them and I've been on both for years. I get a 2 weeks supply of the pain meds, which used to last a month and now that I'm not working and causing myself pain, that 2 weeks supply lasts for 3 months. I'm also on a pain patch, which controls 90%, so rarely need the pills except for breakthough pain when I do too much physical activity. Or break a toe. ohmygod_smile
There's a bunch of TMI!! :lol: I don't care who knows what about me! :lol: I've had a hell of a life and managed to survive it, so I'm proud of that. :thumbup

Thanks for telling me about you. I am flattered that you shared. I am glad to know it. None of us are perfect, we all make mistakes. Bless your heart for coming through and just being you - a near and dear friend to me on this board. Wow, Graves disease. I don't know much about that (will have to do some research) I'm glad the Xanax helps. I get migraines often and they make me throw up for days - ugh, no fun. I feel for you.

Last time he pulled this, I was setting the clock at one hour intervals. I'm amazed that I can go right back to sleep 99% of the time. Amazing what you get used to and what your body will agree to when it's necessary.
Graves disease sux and few people know about it. I didn't until I was dx'd. The most common side effect is hyperactive thyroid. But the list is long and luckily I only have like half of them. Lots of nasty things like bone deterioration, brain fog, memory lapses, and a bunch I can't remember. What does that tell ya? :lol: Oh well, poo happens. :lol:
