I don't know how that happened on the ss, I've tried to figure it out.R will not bring down the Lantus dose by itself, but it will help him spend more time in numbers under renal threshold. Having said that, we had had members use less L insulin once they found the right balance of L and R. It is also a safer option in case the tumour pulses down or if treatment, such as cabergoline, is done. It reduces the risk of the large depot when insulin needs go down.
I see a bunch of extra blank tabs on the spreadsheet. Any way you could delete them? Makes it harder to find the tab with his BG data.
