Zener has been a little punk the last few days. He had some diarrhea, then some hard, small poos. Last night, though, he had a nice healthy poo (discovered by the persistent Chief Inspector Crapdash) and he started feeling MUCH better. :-D :-D :-D And so did the beans. Appy has been good this morning, which included laying in the sun, stretching and petting.

Thinking of ailing kitties and beans, Jamie and Jupiter, Donna's Doogle (sending many poo vines). Paws crossed for OTJ trials. Woohoo!! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: TGIF, LL! :-D :-D

Hi and just checking in on Zener! Yay for better appy and nice poo discovered by persistent Chief Inspector Crapdash. They sure do feel better after getting rid of it. Have a great TGIF!

Flat yellow again, and only a bit of blue at the start of the dosecrease. We've been using the same vial for almost three months, so new insulin tonight. If we don't get some better numbers with the new pen, then more juice is on the way. :cool:

It is our last vial of lantus. We tried a pen a couple of months ago and liked it, so once it ran out, we used our back up vial. We always keep a back up on hand, so now we will have a back up pen and be all pen, all the time. It was funny how quickly we forgot out to draw up a dose from a vial.

@Josie & Ripley - we are so glad he is feeling better too. He felt so punk yesterday, I had a crying jag and though the worst. Once he had the big healthy poo, he felt better immediately, and so did we. No wonder it's all about the poo in Lantus Land! ;-)

@Ann & Maggie - never underestimate the power of a good poo! :razz:

Awwww...so happy Zener had a good poop and feels better! :-D It is quite funny how LL is all about the poo. I noticed that right away when I switched over from the health board. But hey! It's important!

I'm so glad Zener is feeling better today. I guess he needed to have that good poo. I hope his numbers come down soon.

Another flat yellow cycle. Appy is better today, and Chief Inspector Crapdash just spotted some poo behavior and must go investigate :cool:

We opened the new pen tonight and kept the same dose. We'll give the new juice a cycle or two for better numbers and if not, then more juice.

So glad that Zener is feeling better!! Yippee for good poopy!! It does a body good :-D

Zener is nearing the blue grotto. :smile: Poo report - successful and healthy. :thumbup

@Dara - gosh, what do people write about in the health board? ;-) We seem to have quite a few kitties in LL that also have CKD and IBD, both can cause poo problems.

@carla - he had another healthy poo tonight, so all seems to be improved in that department. Sure helps our handsome guy feel better. :razz:

@rhiannon - LOVE the dancing poo! It's the best! :lol:

@Josie & Ripley - poo report filed above as requested. No happy crap dash tonight, but a definite spunky swagger. :-D

@Amy & TrixieCat - his belly has been doing better today, better appy, resting comfortably and stretching and thorough yard patrol. It's been a good day for the mighty Z. :razz:

@Jane - good poopy :lol: love that! No report here on the beans' poop status. :lol:

@Deborah & Shasta - double YAY is right! As requested, BG numbers are going down. :cool:

Glad to hear about the healthy poos. It's amazing how a visit to the LB can make the beans feel better too. Looks like a nice slide going on tonight. Paws crossed on that new pen.
