Zener is doing fine this morning. Appy is ok. I left the rest of his breffis on the bed with him and sleeping Anne. He's doing better at free feeding when the bowl is right next to him. So we just have to wait until he settles down to find the right spot. We think the squash is really helping him. Thank you for the suggestion, Claudia! :-D It's making his poos bigger so we think that is helping his anal glands. They must have been painful before, so he's getting around a little better. His numbers have flattened out a bit too, in the past week or so. Maybe the fiber is helping motility and digestion, at least that is our theory right now. We might have another one tomorrow. :lol: :lol:

OT: We are mourning the passing yesterday of Anne's Aunt Mary. She was 89, the last one of Anne's dad's generation.

Thinking of beans who have lost kitties, Bern and family, Ann, Kathie, and others. We all mourn when a LL kitty goes ahead. Sending healing vines to ailing kitties and beans, Jamie and Jupiter. Paws crossed for OTJ trials for Olliver and Beast. :mrgreen: Welcome back, Helen! Today is our official first day back, I have a meeting at +3. :-x Happy Monday, LL!

I'm glad that Zener is feeling fine today! Just wanted to pop in to say hello since I haven't posted in awhile but I've been lurking to see how everyone is when I've had time:) I've been using squash too but I'm not sure if it or pumpkin works best for Chyna yet ;-) Sorry to hear of your loss, sending hugs :YMHUG:

Hi Liz! So happy to visit Zener's condo. Glad to know that the squash is helping with his digestion, remind me to get squash for Rosy too! :lol: Come down Zenner, work the juice!
Sorry for the loss of Aunt Mary. 89 is real good golden years, RIP Aunt Mary.

Hi Liz. Please pass our condolences to Anne on the loss of her aunt.

Zener made a nice slide into the blue zone this morning. Hope he has his surfing suit on. Glad that the squash is helping his BMs.

Anne, I'm so sorry for the loss of your Aunt Mary. Losing a loved one hurts, at any age.

I send my sympathy and prayers to you on the passing of Aunt Mary. I'm sure she is watching over you during this difficult time. I'm certain there's quite a welcome party for her going on up above.

The squash sounds like a great addition for Zener. Yay for good Poos and that he's getting around better. And a NICE surf also!

Sorry to hear about the passing of Anne's Aunt Mary. Being the last of that generation is especially hard for the younger generation too.

I see Zener is back on the Swedish theme again. Gotta love those blues. :-D I like your current theory about his poos, interesting to see if it makes his mean time between anal gland expressions change.
