Yesterday
We raise our coffee cups today to toast heaven's newest angel, L&LL Kitteh Barista Elsa. You will be missed by many, but never ever forgotten.
We have all the usuals in place here...happy appy, snuggles, general feistiness, and anti-jinxes.
I did speak to "our" vetty yesterday and got Trix's meds situation squared away. Vetty said she didn't know why my refill request got rejected because there actually WAS an alert in Trix's file saying fill meds until March 2016, which will be the 1-year mark from her last BW. Yesterday she made the alert red so it can't be missed in the future, and she said that if anyone gives me a hard time again to tell them to look at the alerts section of her file. So frustrating, though, because now DH is going to have to make a special trip out there to pick up the meds. I was right there the other day, but they wouldn't fill the script for me. Grrr.
(For those who aren't familiar, Trix always gets VERY sick after vetty visits, no matter how simple or brief, so our vetty has agreed to let us keep visits to the bare minimum and work with us over the phone as much as possible.)
It's back to work today after 3 glorious days off. The next 5 days are going to be crazy as we get ready to vend at BeadFest, which is this weekend.
Have a great day, L&LL!
