I see he dipped his toes in blue briefly, not long ago. Hopefully you will get him to a good dose soon!

At this point in Max's diabetic journey, you shouldn't be holding doses any longer than six cycles if not seeing anything under 200. Increases are by 0.5 units at a time, until he gets to 10 units when you can switch to 1 unit increases.
I too am hoping that brief flash of blue means you are getting closer. Sometimes we'll can do something called a fast track for dosing to increase sooner, but for now let's try increases every 6 cycles or 3 days) as we don't fast track if the cat is seeing blues.

I ended up having to take Max back to the vet this afternoon because he was so lethargic and unsteady with walking. He just wanted to lay down in strange places like in the corner or under the bed. Vet said he was dehydrated. I had slowed down on the daily subQ fluids to twice per week because I was concerned about his heart murmur. Anyway vet gave him 200 ml of fluid today and wants me to do 100 ml every other day at home. What concerned me was his BUN and Creatinine were elevated (BUN 44, normal is 10-30) Creatinine 2.6 normal is 0.3-2.1) Everything else normal except glucose of course - 377. I am worried about kidney failure now, but the vet said it was because he was dehydrated. I didn't know that the creatinine would be also elevated. I knew the BUN would be for dehydration. Am I wrong about that? I need to give the fluids every other day. Hope his heart can tolerate it. Vet said the murmur did not sound any different than before. Does anyone know if there is a wet food that's low in carbs as well as low in phosphorus??? @Wendy&Neko @Marje and Gracie or anyone else have any ideas about his kidney function and food suggestion. Max is a very picky eater. The vet said he going to follow up with his referral to NCSU internal medicine regarding his acromegaly to see if we can get an appointment.

I cannot believe I did this but we had a vet visit late this evening, then I got distracted by something at home…I fed Max but forgot to give him his insulin at 6 pm so I gave it to him at 7:05. I cannot believe I did that! What should I do to get him back on track? Should I do the 15 minutes each cycle until caught up?
To get Max back on cycle, normally you'd do 15 minutes a cycle, or 1/2 hour once per day. However, for one time only, if he's over 400 at your normal shot time tomorrow morning, you can give the insulin then. On your spreadsheet, the dose was given at +13, or 13 hours after the previous shot, not +1.
As for creatinine, yes it too can show higher if they are dehydrated. Did the vet give you his phosphorus numbers? There are a number of Weruva products that are low phosphorus and low carb. I fed Neko raw food that met that criteria. Some of it was homemade with the FoodFurLIfe EZComplete premix. I hope he feels better now.

Too high. Need to get that down with phosphorus binders, renal food, or homemade food or really low phosphorus food (although nothing commercially available is as low phos as the renal food.). What does the vet recommend? Also it’s really whatever he will eat that will guide you!
