I guess he stayed flat-ish last night. His newest pee spot is the litter box cover :facepalm: I picked up the handle so I could remove the cover to scoop the box and felt wetness :arghh: Guess what's now covered in a pee pad, taped in place so it doesn't get pulled off?

The vet's secretary hasn't heard from the vet. Maybe today since she sent him more pictures of the leg hole and the goopy eye. It's a literal deep hole on the back of his leg. No bone exposed but still not good. We may need to fix the hole sooner than later. Vet wrap and Clavamox only does so much.

I have no idea what goes on in his brain that makes him go "This looks like a good spot to pee!". Then again, maybe it's better not to know.

I got a bag of World's Best Litter from a co-worker who decided he doesn't like the scatter his new smooshy face Persian cat makes with it. He's using pelleted pine litter which doesn't scatter. I'll mix some into one of the litter boxes to see if maybe that'll interest Leroy into using the box. If not, the rats can use it. The rats are way better at litter box use than Leroy is 🤪

I didn't hear back from the vet's secretary today. She might not have heard from the vet. He's out of office until Thursday.

The vet wrap is still on so I'm not going to mess with it. I added a new non-yucky tasting strip this morning to help it stay up and so far it is. He has a green and purple wrapped leg now 😄
