Sorry for the 911....I will take it off as so as someone joins in.

Uuugh..... Casey's #'s dropped over the last 45 min. What should I do? I am thinking to stall, but for how long? I have to get ready to go to work.

Edit: I re tested. 353...Must have been a false reading

Well, I woke up rather quickly... But right now I am out of time, got to get ready and head to work.

How about re-testing to make sure the test was accurate?

Sorry....

Wow...my heart almost stopped with that!! I tested her at 6 this morning, then between 6:45-6:50. I then re-test right after sending this thread and got a 353. The the only thing I can think of is there most not have been quite enough blood in the meter to be off that much.

There are times when I get what seems to be a weird reading. I just re-test immediately. Sometimes, it's a goofy number other times, it's for real. The other thing to keep in mind is that even with a drop, Casey was still in a very safe zone. It could have been a cycle with a late nadir. We just don't know. Also, remember, Casey is doing her job exceeding well- she's confusing you!

It happens!! If you ever get a number that doesn't make sense, just take a second test right away to verify. I'm glad everything's okay!! Have a great day!!

Yes, I had a jump-start this morning, and what a crazy day!! (Other than cat wise)

I had experienced a false reading before, but that one was obvious. The one I had this morning was within a realistic reason, based on Casey's lower PS on 8/16. :oops: Sorry for the false emerency... and the sloppy condo today!

Well, it looks like Casey is making her way back down to more acceptable BG#'s, dipping into the blues today. :smile:
