Her appetite has been very poor since she got into the pudding.

she’s now showing signs of hypokalemia so I gave her some renal support K+ gel. She has had transdermal Mirtazapine and Cerenia, the past couple days. She’s slowly starting to eat. Tonight’s shot was missed due to CG fatigue and her low appetite.

I think I feel a mass on her chest. Another cat has an appointment at the end of the month, I think I’m bringing Alice in then too.
If her cancer is back, I don’t know what choices we have left.

So really I’m posting because I feel this deep overwhelming grief right now. If it becomes time to let her go... I don’t know if I will be able to. And I’m ahead of myself because we need her lump looked at first.
It’s just that it seems like I can’t get her health straightened out to a normal daily routine. Also, getting her to the vet to ask about a lump won’t mean I can pay for surgery. I wish we had done chemo after the first cancer was removed. I’m feeling very sad tonight.

maybe she's holding out for pudding.

it’s funny, I have noticed, if she likes her food too much she won’t eat it any other way, for example if I add fortiflora to encourage her to eat her food with the miralax in it, she’s not pleased to be presented with sad, plain old lamb, after that. Funny picky cats! :p
The potassium gel is sweet so perhaps that will help get her going more on the food too.

One of the TNR cats in my neighborhood is too picky to eat some of the dry food someone gave me for them.
