Trix started clearing last evening's wicked bounce. Once again, I wonder if the greens the other night were some odd anomoly...who knows??

Not enough ~O) ~O) ~O) in the world today...I am SO beat. My business partner is manning the BeadFest booth today, but I have to teach at the store, then it's back to BeadFest tomorrow.

WOW on Trixie's pmps last night - I had to do a double take on that one. I can only imagine how frustrated you must be. Those pinks dive me crazy, even as used to them as I am: he's just not easy to manage. It is good to see her headed down this morning. Off to the green lagoon for you Trixie.

I just finished Trix's shot. She was extra jumpy and I had to try several pokes before I got the juice in. It may have ended up being a partial furshot...I'm not sure.

I noticed a little tinge of blood inside the syringe after I was done. I've never seen this before...is this something I should be really concerned about??? Remaining calm for the moment...

It may be that you hit a capillary. Just get an early test or two. If you shot into a vessel, numbers could drop quickly.

Oh, poor Trixie, on the possible vessel shot, I sure hope it wasn't. Also sorry to see that you are working so hard. I hope the BeadFest goes well tomorrow. I'll be by your store soon, I need a gift for DML, even though, how she has been acting, doesn't deserve any of your pretty things. :lol: I'll make it a little one and maybe one for me!

So far so good this evening...she has dropped a fair amount, but no more than she normally would for clearing a bounce. I will continue to test through the evening, but I don't think it was a vessel shot...phew!

On the flip side, though....I'm pretty sure we'll need yet another dosecrease. I'm holding on to my patience pants for another day or so, but it is definitely my but instinct...

Hi Amy,

Sounds like you hit a capillary. I've had that happen to me. I didn't see any blood in the syringe but when I pulled it out some blood formed on the fur. I was pretty nervous and called my vet who told me that I probably hit a capillary as Ella's numbers seemed pretty steady. Hope Trixie comes down nice and easy for you tonight.

I now have raw vegan nachos (including macadamia sour cream) at the cnr cafe near work - whoo hoo - not only great for me but their raw vegan foods must be making some money for them if they're expanding that menu so great for animals everywhere :smile: :smile: :smile: They tell me they will be opening for dinner from next weekend - with a separate veg/vegan menu - happy days!
