Good Morning, Everyone. Happy Caturday!

It looks like Rusty is having a bounce from yesterday afternoon's numbers. In any event, he had a good night, ate all his nighttime food, had a good test, breakfast, and shot and is sleeping in his little bed by the radiator. Edward is in charge of feeding him his lunch, because my friend and I won't get back from the ride in time to meet his schedule. I'll get a test in when we return. Edward will also go to the farmers' market to get tomatoes, greens, and cheese.

So we are getting our stuff together and will be off soon to meet some of the group and do the bike ride. It's a cool morning (51 degrees), but is supposed to be a nice day with highs in the 70s. We'll ride this morning and then come back here for cold cuts and salads.

I'll be back on the board sometime in the late afternoon/evening. In the meantime, wishing you all a beautiful weekend.

Morning Ella - ENJOY your ride today!! :-D It sounds like a beautiful day to be out, weather is perfect. nice to on the get together afterwards. :-D I hope that the boys enjoy their day together too. Edward - have fun at the market.

Rusty, looking good this morning. And what I would give to call a 181 a bounce. ;-) :-D :-D Back to the greens for you Rusty - the lagoon needs the Lagoon Master in residence. :cool: :cool:

Ella,
Rusty will come down for his Papa Bean while you are gone. Enjoy your bike ride. It should be a great day for it.

Hi Ella,

Nice to come back and see Rusty is doing well. Hope Edward will see some green while you are gone. Hope your bike ride went well. Isn't this great weather! It's a little warmer here in NJ, maybe 60 this AM, but very nice now on the deck.

Thanks for your support the other day when I was in a panic over Daphne's high BGs after the Adequan, they are starting to come down.

It was a great day, but very busy. Rusty had pretty terrible numbers, so I think he decided to have a "rest" day. No fur shots, just the cat!!

The bike ride was terrific: even the biggest hill didn't seem as bad as usual (there was no wind in our faces). Weather was very cool and cloudy, with some breaks in the clouds. We had a fun "lunch" here after the ride: cold cuts, salads, breads, beer and wine. Then our Adirondack friends went home in the mid afternoon and Edward and I and our NYC friend made pesto for dinner with our garden basil and had it with a Trieste recipe in which you toss fetucine and sliced potatoes with the pesto. We then sat around and watched a couple of episodes of "Brideshead Revisited" on Netflix.

Rusty enjoyed the company today. He really is a perfect host, making sure that he greeted each person.

Sorry not to be able to get to any condos today. I'll try to catch up a little tomorrow morning. We hope all is well in LL and wish you all a lovely evening and a good night.
