8/18 OSCAR AMBG 42 PMBG 55

DH slept in a little and when he got a test Oscar was 42. And he said he was hungry.

Since it's been 38hrs since his last insulin shot should I be worried?

I would not worry. Oscar has been on a mission coming down in dose. It looks like he may be ready to be off insulin. It will be interesting to see what his PMPS is.

Our non diabetic cats can test in the 40’s, it is just too low for cats on insulin. Leaves no margin for safety. At this point, I think you can just enjoy you day.

I'm out of town, so I have to refrain! DH has instructions to test at am and pm unless strange numbers appear
