Hello and good day!

I'm upset at myself for not giving Tina a 10pm snack, because I think it might have lowered her AMPS. Will try that tonight. I'm also going to feed small snacks earlier in the cycle, and only a small snack at 3pm - it has always been when the cats and dog eat. I didn't want to exclude Tina from "pet family" meal time . . . but now she'll just get a little at that time, and more earlier, then maybe a little food at 7pm and again at 10p.
About 2am, I found little miss in the dog's crate and comfy bed. Last night, her "brother" was trying to get a little rough with her. Not in a bad way - just wanted her off the table and running about again! She told him to back off :)

Healing vines for all our kitty loves. And happy day and wishes of health to the Beans (keep wanting to say peeps)!

Sounds like Tina is feeling pretty good! :cat:

Hi Everybody -

I have to be gone, spending time with family tomorrow, from AMPS +1 until AMPS +10. It's very important that I be fully with everyone, and not worried about Tina. I wanted to start a better feeding plan, so timing isn't great.

By looking at her spreadsheet, what do you think I should do? First, I'm thinking I'll feed a whole can (3 oz) which she has had before; no big change.
Should I feed more? Providing she would even want more.
She has been getting another can at +8 and I won't be home until +10.

Would appreciate thoughts or suggestions, thank you! I need to quit being nervous - almost think she would be hanging out close to the beach, maybe even a little green surfing. I just wouldn't want her to have a second (potentially low) peak by missing any food boost (primarily her typical food at +8).

I went to a salon to get some blending color through my hair this morning. Tina and the crew think I look I a whole lot better now. It was hard to do it, but after my husband came home with a fresh haircut, I thought I might try to surprise my family with some style for a change;)

Depending on the AMPS you get tomorrow , you might leave food a bit higher in carbs than normal. But see what that number is first.

Maybe split up her +8 food amount for her to get it earlier to ensure she surfs and doesn’t go too low. Again, see what the number shows tomorrow and get. + 1 test. Usually , the +2 is more telling, but if the +1 was a lower number you’d might want to give her a Tbsp or so right then of MC and then leave some more for her to have a little bit every hour or so up till +6 or 7.

It might be overkill with the food but better safe than sorry.

Perfect, thank you Bobbie. Great plan.
