Hoping he didn't get a fur shot this morning - his brother was head bonking him, as usual, during hokey pokey time except this time Elian pulled away as I was shooting. His numbers will tell the story.....
I'm having enough trouble with .5 - I'm using my calibrator but it's still tough. In fact, I was afraid I gave him a very skinny .5 this morning - my old eyes don't make it easy! .25 should be lotsa fun. I'll wait for you guys to tell me when it's okay. I'm guessing that his 2 100+ readings will keep him at .50 a bit longer. I had to run out after his 50 but I fed him again and will be back in a bit to check on him.
Ok, he's been on the 0.5U dose for 7 cycles. That 46 was an earned reduction. Welcome to the wonderful world of measuring out that 0.25U dose.
I love this reduction after reduction that Elian is earning! Go Elain Go!
OMG! That's what I was waiting to hear! Thank you Deb!!!!! Can you tell I'm excited? Can I use more !!!!!!!??? It's shot time now - came here first to see if anybody had anything to say and woohoo! You sure did! I'm off to figure out .25. Elian's gonna wonder why I'm sticking that needle into him with nothing in it! Be back in a bit.
A huge thank you to you, of course, Carl! I heard you loud and clear. Just needed to hear somebody else say it, too cause its hard to believe my big guy is soooooo close........!!!!!!
Absofreakinlutely!!!! Looking back not too long ago I never would've thought I'd see what I'm seeing. I can't wait for his vet to see - she follows TRP with her mother's sugar baby.

He's still surfing..... 72 +3.25. I gave him another reduction tonight. I can't believe he's doing so well on so little juice but only time will tell. Hoping he continues!!!! Going to bed now but will test again at +5 or so. (2:45 am)

Thanks so much Wendy! I'm looking at SS of others who are getting OTJ - looking very similar to my boy's and it's very exciting. Nerve wracking but exciting. Sure hope we are next!
