Yesterday was..... YELLOW DAY MannieLand, up from his blue day on Tuesday. We did get some blues yesterday, that too was nice to see. I am pleased that he didn't bounce to the pink floor (anti-jinx!): progress!! Maybe we will be blue again today Mannie? Visit the greens for a bit too? So far this morning we are off to a good start. All is well in MannieLand, and DGSville! The boys were back together again yesterday. I just love the squeals of delight that come from Nicholas when he sees Mannie. THE VOICE seems to have been forgotten. YAY!!! Mannie is ever so grateful on that one. DGS was in a hugging mood yesterday morning. Mannie got hug after hug after hug - all of which he took in stride, til Nicholas stepped on his foot. :shock: :lol: Amazing: no yelping or hissing of whatever from Mannie, he just moved. :lol: Nicholas was in the middle of breffis when I tested Mannie before our adventure started, so as I walked by I let DGS give him a pet. That smile must have been from ear to ear. Mannie rested his paw on DGS's arm, Nicholas laid his head on top of Mannie's, and just smiled. Two very happy boys.... Way Cool! This morning we had a great test, feed, shoot and clean plate club (YAY), AND the auto feeder was ignored by Mannie, (well darn it, and back at it with auto feeder training, again!) :shock: Elsa still thinks it has her name on it (as always)... so I am back to running interception on the feeder.... Normalcy in MannieLand.

Have a great day everyone. I am back on DGS duty today through Friday. It will be a travel day today - wherever the sunny skies lead us - more than likely a river... I will try to get to condos in the evening, it's just to difficult when Nicholas is here. I will be thinking of you all, and your fur kids. Think blue, think green kitties!

WOOT!!!!!! I LUBS SOUTH AFRICA!!!!! did you see Moonie in her safari dress???? cool! We had such a good time, and all the moonbeam expresses were on time and nobody got lost and the grill arrived intact and the beverages were still icy cold... SUCCESS via moonbeam travel. WOO HOO!!! We so need to chillax today.... two OTJ parties in a row!!! :shock: :shock: :shock: I vote for Rusty's porches - rain or shine. We can just chillax, maybe grill some hot dogs, have a few micro-brews. You guys in? let me know - I am ready for anything!! ~~ Mannie

Our boys seem to be hanging out together again. Be cool guys.... surf those blues!! I thought so too on the yellows yesterday - not too bad of a day: I'm just alwyas glad when he can avoid the pink floor. ;-) THX on DGS - I agree with that - it just makes my day when those two start out the morning here together. They are quite the pair. We shall see what this morning brings once Nicholas gets here.

Very nice start for Mannie today - woohoo for blue! I also love hearing how bonded Mannie and DGS are...and the visuals are priceless, especially considering how close in size the two of them are :lol: !

Morning Michelle and thanks for the my liftoff for the day! Nice blue start for Mannie but whar happened just now! Both Mannie are on the high side today, too much cheesecake, I think! So cute with the meet and greet hugs between the two except oops for the foot, Mannie. How cool is that of Mannie to just move out of the way! Great pics and thanks on the links. I love the way he wades into the creek, and with the pool, too. You can tell he loves the water. Have a great time today. Do you have a creek/river in mind for today? Enjoy.

Mannie, wow on S Africa, and yes, Moonie looked so awesome in her safari outfit. Porchin at Rusty's seems a great idea to chillax out a bit. Hot dogs and microbrews are just what the doctor ordered. I'll bring the leftover cheesecake. See ya at the curb, Mags

Love the Mannie and Nicholas stories! At least you got your permission slip today. I'm off again for a long weekend in LA, keep an eye on Tess and John, who knows what they will get up to. BTW Saturday is his birthday! Shhhhhh.

YAY! Back to the blues. Well done Mannie. And we are headed down from his +10... what do you have planned Mannie?

Nicholas and I had a grand time on the river - what a gorgeous day it was there. 90 at home, no clue what it as there. Not as hot as home thank goodness. We threw lots of rocks, hung out at rivers edge, walked some short trails we found, just enjoyed a great day on the river, beneath the mountains. I will post some photos in Mannie's condo tomorrow.

Hi Ann and Maggie - I wish I knew what went down with that +2 this morning - I haven't a clue.... :roll: :roll: Could be on the cheesecake! :lol: :lol: I know on the meet and greet - it is some of my fav moments with them. I am glad you enjoyed he videos - he really does love the water, enjoys it from all different approaches. Creek wading is one of the favorites. Thanks on today - and yes, I did have river in mind for today - it is a little remote takes a couple of hours to get to, but is just one of my fav places. Nicholas likes it too.

Hi Ella - Thanks on all. We had GREAT weather today - all sun and very warm - well 85/90 warm. It was a beautiful day to be on the river.

Hi Ann - i wish I knew on the middle of the cycle. what a shocker - i expected up, he often food spikes then, but sure didn't expect that pink. UGH!!! ah - nice on the long weekend (ENJOY!), we all will watch over John, especially on his birthday.

Hey Rusty! I know.... I tried really hard to be blue again - I made it!!!! it is so cool that everybody liked the African fuds! I found this awesome African cookbook at the market...... neat, huh! heeheehee - i know on the not hungry part - me neither.... but the dogs were great!! You got the bestest hot dog grill. SWEET!

Looks like the BMG only took a short intermission before starting up again. It is so nice to see blue in almost every cycle lately. Yeah Mannie!

It was a gorgeous day here as well. Looks like more of the same the rest of the week and lots of water trips for you the rest of the week. How fun! What flavor ice cream today?

My beans got a fine selection of micro brews for me at Fort Collins. I'll try to snag a few to bring to the next porch party. ~Neko
