Are you giving Lisa a snack at +9 each cycle? That can sometimes help bring down the preshot BG as it stimulates the pancreas to produce some insulin.
We suggest it when the kitty has got down to a very low dose and is most likely producing some insulin.
Do you have an automatic timed feeder you could use?
