Hey there! I need some advice regarding Kitty's insulin. When she receives 1.25 she seems to get into the normal readings and then I reduce to 1 and she goes back into the 300/400's. I was wondering what her dosage should actually be maybe? Could I do 1.25 in the mornings and 1 in the evening? Would that maybe help her regulate better?
The b-12 has given her some life back! She's had more days where she feels like herself than other and she's stopped pooping outside the litter box but still pees outside of it. Thankfully it's staying contained to her litter box area for now! I feel if I could just get her numbers under control, this could all slowly get so much better but her numbers are literally all over the place. And I've been bouncing back and forth between 1.25 and 1 for awhile now. My insulin needle doesn't show 1.125 otherwise I would try that for her! She still drinks quite a bit of water which is expected with her numbers and I've been taking away her dry food now so she can finally get on the road to recovery!
Let me know your thoughts!
