good luck on the new dose, hope it kicks Fin's BG in the butt and you get some action.
have fun with the curves, overnighters can't be all that enjoyable but I'm sure it will give you some insight onto what's going on with the kitty

Hello Barbie,

I was going to suggest that you write the word dose to your subject line to get some eyes into this condo.

May not see anything overnight because for the most part (disclaimer) lantus takes sometime to settle.... however, a few tests are always welcome! And it's always a very prudent thing to be home to monitor when dose is increased.

Let's try for some blue on this dose Fin!!!

We are going to pull an overnight curve so I can grab some evening numbers tonight and day numbers tomorrow. Want some solid numbers before I leave for Chicago. Hate leaving my babies. Housesitter comes by tomorrow to review everything.

Fin seems to be feeling pretty good tonight. He ran outside when I took the garbage out and peed on the tire of my Jeep, then casually strolled by me pretty happy with himself. Made me laugh! He is such a character...

Being super militant about C.C. and MiAmor's feedings....if they don't eat when I put it down, they have to wait until Fin's next mini-meal. That way we don't have number interference.

Got my 5 Hour Energies queued up. Woot, woot!

I leave on Wednesday night. Tell Pat that I got a shipment of two new bottles of test strips this afternoon (still thinking about having all diabetic supply orders gift wrapped so I can open them like Christmas!)....poke fest indeed!! ;-)

I felt a sudden wooosh of serenity wash over me....ah....I can sleep in peaceful slumber tonight.

So that leaves whatever is left in the one new box...uh...won't be new anymore...no, it's dwindling already...how many hours is a poke fest? 8? so, minus the eight, then you'll have uh...

LOL...no worries there Pat...I even had them drain Puget Sound just in case ;-)

I feel gluttunous with all my test strips....just sinfully good!
