Well, he seems to be dropping again. If he goes below 150, I will pull his dose down from his current 2.25 to 2. he did get more food after the Cowboy cookout debacle last night. it should have been a sign when the other one didn't want to eat it...yes, my former stray cat is a picky eater...

Re: 8/16: Cedric amps 188

Ugh... my cats hated Cowboy Cookout. They did that whole lets-scratch-the-floor-till-we-bury-it thing.

Poor Cedric. You have a throwy-up cat. That makes control so much more difficult. I am very fortunate that I have a good eater who doesn't give back.

I see some yellows and blues there though - I am rootin' for Cedric :RAHCAT keep those blues and look at the horizon for some greens.

Sorry about the lousy tummy, Cedric. But your blood sugar is looking good!

Claudia

My guys liked the original Cowboy Cookout that has been replaced, boo, hoo.

Re: 8/16: Cedric amps 188

My feral will be 17 next month and will eat most things and some things you'd never expect, like she loves Salt and Vinegar Potato chips. Patches was dumped out where I worked, at 5 weeks old and picky as h*ll. Lucian was a true barn cat, born of a barn cat mother and also tries to bury whatever he doesn't like and very picky. Now, why is it they came to me starving and so blasted picky!?! You'd think they would be grateful for anything they got! Besides the fact that they ate the exact same dry food all their lives until this past Jan and that never bothered them a bit. :o

Sorry about your tummy Cedric, hope you feel better soon and keep coming down for mommabean.

That pmps is a bit high because we had a struggle to get the denamarin down his throat about 10 minutes before test time. He needs it on an empty stomach, so I give it as soon as I get home. I had stopped at Pet Smart to pick up some pill pockets, but this pill is too large. It just made a mess...at least I got the negative ketones....

Re: 8/16: Cedric amps 188

Aww, poor guy! Is that something he will be on forever or just for a short time?

I have never been able to pill a cat and every time I tried the pill pockets, they'd eat the pocket and leave the pill! :o I always ask for liquid whenever possible, I seemed to be able to get most of that down them. Dogs, never a problem with pills, but no luck with kitties.

Hope he feels better soon, much love Cedric! cat_pet_icon
