My husband was on the fence about his name. He doesn’t share my obsession with Charlotte’s Web. He wanted to name him Sinatra because of his blue eyes. That would have be great as well, but Templeton isn’t the most graceful kitty. He has been known to fall off the edge of the bed. I think he’s more like Templeton the rat than Sinatra ;)
 
Take his food away in preparation for shot in 2 hours. 30 minutes later he's screaming for more.
Give him more. Ok, fine, we will now shoot 30 later.
His screaming was the sort of "my blood sugar is low mom" so I tested him after he ate. 47! Damn child!
The other night Bhooma had to help me all night, feeding him HC and honey over and over and still barely keeping him above 50. This diver munchkin might just get a skip tonight.
 
Aww crap. His "HC" FF Gravy Lovers Turkey is 15%? I thought it was 16%. I'm out of his 20%, have a case arriving tomorrow.
 
Got his 84 22 minutes ago, at 7:06. He has not eaten since his 15% at 5:42 when he was 47.
I'm not comfortable giving him an entire dose, cat dad would probably look at me like I have a third head.
What should we do?
 
I would either skip or give a token dose of 0.5-1U. A skip is not a bad idea. He is obviously tearing down the dosing ladder and recovering in no time from the skips.
 
I'd like to stop the potential 500s with a token dose unless a skip is slightly better for reasons unknown to me.
 
Ohh, but giving the token dose at this point does make his schedule an hour later. I suppose that's a consideration.

The 500s don't last long and there's no guarantee you won't get them with a token dose.

Half an hour since you can shoot 30 mins early tomorrow morning. That is, 11.5 hours from tonight's shot.

LOL. Stick to LC - if you can and don't stop testing till he's safely climbing. You already know this, but still reiterating it. ;-)

Change thread title to remove the stalling bit - if you haven't already :)
