Morning LL,

812 condo

This may be Sara's last condo. She has taken a turn for the worse. She will not eat or drink anymore. I have an appointment at the vets for 2. If they don't think there is anything they can do for her in the hospital that would probably turn her around than I will do right by her and put her to rest. She cannot live like this anymore. She has gotten very bad in just a week. I think that part of it is because she felt like crap and lost her appetite and then without nourishment her body has become very week and she is sicker. I tried syringe feeding, fluids and appy stimulants. Or maybe she developed cancer and the pemphigus surfaced because of that. I just don't know.

I can't believe that her life maybe over so fast. She has always done so good even as a diabetic.

Thanks for all your support that you have given Sara and me. I will update later. I have a very heavy heart today.

Hi Jan - I am so very sorry to read this., I had so hoped that she was improving.... I too am with a heavy heart, but I know you will do right by her. My thoughts are with you today. Hugs to all....

This just breaks my heart. Please push the vet to talk to a dermatologist just so you know you've left no stone unturned. You will make the right decision, no matter what. You are both in my thoughts.

Oh Jan,
I am so sorry to read your news about Sara. It doesn't seem fair that she should have suffered so much already with this condition and that the medicine doesn't seem to be working. We are sending our prayers that Sara will have a turn-around, but if that is not to be, that she will have a peaceful passing. We know that the love and compassion you have for Sara will guide you in the decisions you must make today.

Oh Jan. I'm so very sorry. I had so hoped Sara would respond to the medication and appetite stimulants. I will continue to hold out with hope for her and for calmness and peace for you. I know you will do the very best for her. Many many hugs for you. ((((((((((Jan and Sara))))))))))))

Every time I hear about one of the beautiful kitty babies having a hard time, it just breaks my heart. But she will tell you what to do. Just try and hold on to all the love and purrs you have had from her. She knows how much you love her!!!

I left Sara overnight at the vets. They are going to do fluids, etc. I just want to see if this makes a difference. My regular vet will be in tomorrow and I will talk with her. It may be Sara's time, I just want to see if this will make a difference or not.

Thank you all so much for your thoughts prayers and vines today. It helped me out so much to know that so many people care. It is very touching. :YMHUG:

I have been hitting refresh waiting for you to come home with an update. I am wishing Sara responds to fluids. If she hasn't had food for a while and they feed her she could look worse before getting better though (known as refeeding injury but its not an injury per se). But maybe with fluids you will see if she has more fight in her. I will keep you and Sara in my thoughts and keep wishing for her recovery. Let us know if we can help at all.
 
Praying that the fluids and attention she'll recieve at the vet help Sara. She's very lucky to have you watching out for her best interests!

I'm sure it was hard to leave her, but they'll keep her comfortable and hopefully find a way to help her feel better and get her strength back.
 
I've been waiting to see an update on Sara. Hoping an overnight at the vet and fluids is what she needs to get back on track. Sending good healing thoughts!!
 
Sending special thoughts and prayers to Sara. White lights and positive vines are also heading off the the vets to go to Sara. Hugs to you, Jan.
