Wow, day 13 already! Thanks for all the visits yesterday. The map Deb provided of the Tokyo expressway is really helping to keep Sammy on track! She is sooo looking forward to party time dancing_cat
We've had dreadfully hot and humid weather lately, so Sammy has been spending most of the day laying on the cool tiles in the hallway by the door. There's a sidelight window next to the door, and Sammy watches for our outdoor feral cat (Mekei) to come visiting there. It's so cute to see them talking to each other through the window, and rolling on the floor with their tummies up
The zyrtec really helped with the sneezing, but Sammy is starting to have those long spells of coughing again. I'm beginning to worry that she's developed an upper respiratory infection as a side effect of her allergies. I'm going to wait a few more days and hope it clears up. Her vet always prescribes steroids, which I suspect triggered her FD in the first place, so I'm reluctant to take her there again :sad:
I also have some loratidine (Claritin) and benadryl. I'm thinking about maybe switching to the loratidine to see if that helps. Does anyone have any experience with loratidine?
