Good Morning, Everyone,

Rusty had a great green day yesterday and got back on track. Let's hope he stays on track! He woke us up early again, but soon settled down and went back to sleep. We had a good test (a little high, but AMPS is often nighttime-food influenced), an OK shot (nicked a capillary), Wellness chicken for breakfast (ate too fast at first and barfed the first few mouthfuls), and a good schmooze with his mamabean. Now he's sleeping in his little bed by the radiator. It's cool and damp, but that radiator will not go on until it gets COLD!

Wishing everyone a good day. Karre is OTJ today and Rusty is getting his South African wardrobe together to wear to the party. We continue to send healing vines to Punkin and Leo, and to all kitties and beans who are under the weather.

Nice greens Rusty! Glad you are back to your green self. That makes your beans and aunties very happy. A nap sounds good right about now. Hope you have a great great day!

Hi guys .. it definitely looks like rusty is using that extra juice to his advantage! These numbers are looking much better .. perhaps after his nap he'll try that green floor again .. have a great day guys!

Looks like Rusty wants his skinny 1.5 dose back! We'll see what happens next. I didn't expect a 40 at +9.5. He enjoyed a little FF T&G snack!

:shock: Really Rusty? Did you just stop him from the reduction? Or are you doing just once under 50? Either way those greens are perfect for the party in SA!

Hi again,
I decided not to do a reduction tonight. Tomorrow we may go back to a skinny 1.5. Tonight was the 7th cycle on the "regular" 1.5. Stay tuned!

Rusty had a lot of outdoor time this afternoon, relaxing in sunshine. I scouted the bike route I plan to lead on Saturday when my cycling friend is here from NY City. It's not that long (about 20 miles), but has some challenging hills and some spectacular scenery (panorama of the High Peaks). I hope we'll have good weather!

Rusty is off to South Africa and Emperor Karre's party. He and Moonie are probably tuning up the Kitty Chorus right now. Wow, now that I think about it, the party must be in full swing. (Is it 6 hours ahead of the East Coast?)

Wow, Rusty, that is a little crazy for you! Bike ride sounds like a bunch of fun. :-D

Hi Ella - sorry to be so late in visiting. What a great day for Rusty! It is good to see him in greens again. But Rusty - what is up with that +4?

You planned bike route sounds wonderful. I so hope the weather is favorable!!
