PurrFace surfed the blue zone the entire PM cycle last night. He's poking his nose into the yellow zone this morning but hopefully only for a short time.

Thank you Melissa, Ann, Doreen, Kat, Ella & Linda for your visit yesterday. I'm off to the Dr. for routine BW so will BBL. have a great day all.

OT: Pool guy installed correct pump and everything is working as expected. This one only pulls half the wattage of the old one and I only have to run it 2/3 the amount of time as the old one so hoping to see a drop in electricity cost.

Morning John! whew! on the pool pump. Those puppies do draw a bunch of electricity! I hope you can save some $ with this new one.. then you can buy more kitty toys!!

Come on down PF. Nice sunny start but blue is better. Good luck at the bean vetty and hope they get it on the first poke! I have to have BW done every 2 months and it is always a roll of the dice whether they will get it right away. Good deal on your pool pump. Have a great day John!

It looks like PurrFace decided to take a nose dive at +4 for DW. I'm thinking the sudden rise is due in part to the touch of honey she added to the 2 tsp 20% HC she fed him at +4. When he get real low (30s) he follows you to the pantry and rubs your legs making this pitiful - Hey, I need help NOW! - meow and it gets DW real nervous. It bothered me as well the first few times but now I've learned to stay calm and get him his food. I hope he holds the reduction he gets tonight.

OT: As I've mentioned our pool was down for 6 full days before we could get a pump installed. I just tested the water and everything looked within limits so I took a sample to Leslie's to get tested and to my surprise everything is good. I guess this shows that if you keep your pools chemicals in balanced the water chemistry will be able to withstand a major mechanical failure.

Wow, that must have been pretty scary for the mamabean. I think they know they're gonna get yummies, when they feel a certain way. :mrgreen:
I'm glad you got your pool back in working condition, John. Bring on the heat....oh wait, Texas is always hot?

I held his current dose thru the bounce and. Will give him the reduction in the morning.
