(LOTS today Elsa! please.....), and Happy Fursday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT!WACKY WEDNESDAY is over!!! What a relief. I hope Lola and Bug didn't go too wacky. There have been no complaints so maybe all is well with Paw Prints Pizza. Toady they is chillin' perfecting their tuna cheese for next Tuna Tuesday's pies.... I think they just want to eat tuna today. They did this last Fursday too! silly kitties! At least hey made the OTJ party that they had to make pizzas for. I sure hope Nikki liked them! so. well. anyways. Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Double shot Breve's, with beans from high in the Brazilian Mountains.... and for my mocha fans: a VENTI Quad Blueberry infused white mocha/mocha blend with white chocolate chips melted within, swirled with a raspberry puree, topped with a strawberry infused whip garnished with caramelized berry sprinkles and white chocolate curls and a caramel drizzle.......SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of 4 berry and vanilla and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with caramel and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts are along for the ride!
I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. it was a fairly typical one for me and Nicholas, the energizer FISH. He sure does love the pool! We had a great time while there, did all the things we could, and then some. He just never tires of it all. Fatigue will win out anytime, never boredom. We got home to discover that my camera was broken: lens will not retract. DANG! I have broken another one. AND (!!) it is still under warranty - a relief there. And (!!) to add further insult to injury the plumber folks where here. not good..... Here is what I wrote in last night's post: "HI everyone! WHAT A DAY!!!! The energizer FISH, aka nicholas, and I had a good time at the pool. He was tired from the get-go today, so surprising that he stayed the normal amount of time. He gets into it and then off he goes. Really fun stuff.Once gain we dd all that we could do there. We did the trails too, per the norm. The blackberries are rally ripe now! YUM!! on a bummer note: well..... I broke another camera. again. CARP! and the topper: I had the plumbing guys out to look at the drain downstairs, which we have been having issues with, slow, starting to back up a little. They scoped it all out with their camera etc , and it seems that I am the proud owner of a collapsed sewer line. Yupp! collapsed. Only gawd knows where we have been draining too. :shock: Sure not out to the sewer lines in the street.
AND (!!!) to top it all off they cannot backhoe the excavation, which will be about 10 feet down. :? It appears that years ago the Gas company used ours and my neighbor's yard to install some sort of underground 6 feet X 6 feet box (for what I have no clue, and who knew? not me!), so there is gas connections down there. :roll: :roll: All this has to be dug by hand. A HUGE OMG!!! :roll: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :sad: All this will take 3+ days to fix, and cost about mega bucks to repair. :shock: oh well, things happen, we deal, fix it, rob a bank to pay for it :lol: , and then carry on. For whatever reason Nicholas has decided that waffles are the ticket for breffis these days. Thank goodness for Eggo! :lol: :lol: Things are so chaotic trying to get out the door that anything that can be served with any degree of speed is a blessing. He just loves waffles. Smart kid! Lola joined him towards the end. She had been apparently sleeping. All of a sudden I heard this mad dash down the hall, this leap onto the table, and then the stare down. "where is MY piece?" was the look. So Nicholas gave her a very teeny tiny miniscule bite. :lol: :lol: What fun!: WAFFLES! Elsa and Bug are dong well. Bug let Nicholas give him one pet yesterday before taking off. He is so much like Mannie.... The other day nicholas was talking about Mannie. It is great to think that he still remembers him. What a bond they had. This morning I saw Lola come in the room, dragging something with her. :shock: It turned out to be a small bunny of Nicholas's. She was carrying it around with her. Too cute! She eventually curled up with it. Awwwwww..... oh! yesterdays plant total: only one! knocked off a shelf, with no dirt spillage! :shock: :roll: Go LOLA? What a character she is!
Have a great day everyone! Today my DD will becoming up with the boys, so we can so swim in my mother-in-laws outdoor pool, SO EXCITED! I so hope that the weather holds. We are cloudy this morning. Just no rain, please! Yesterday when we were getting into the car, Nicholas decided he wanted to drive. I so wonder if we will have a chauffeur today to.... The world's most EXCELLENT car driver! Enjoy your day everyone. I will try and get to condos when I can.
