Hi, I did a curve on Jinx. He was having pain from stomatitis the last few weeks and hasn’t been eating too well. Lately he’s been eating better.
I’m wondering if I should up his dose or not? I’m also going on a trip next week. My nephew is watching my cat but last time he did he had trouble testing. What do you all think?

If you are leaving for vacation you dint want to increase. When do you leave and how long will you be gone? With nadir under 150 I would hold the dose. You might need to even decrease before you leave. Ask fir a vacation dose a few days before you go.

Next week, Leave on August 24th and return really late August 28th.

I agree with Elise. You saw 90s on this dose. Try and get as many tests as you can till you leave for your trip and we can discuss a vacation dose on the 20th
