8/13 Shasta

Good early Tuesday morning!

I hit snooze a few too many times this morning. Which tells me that today is going to be a long day. :-| Goal tonight: be in bed BY 11:00pm. (10:00pm would be amazing, but definitely unrealistic!!!) :lol:

Shasta's hanging in the high yellows this morning (at least as of +1). When I put down her food this morning, she sniffed it...and walked away. I thought I was going to kick her. I added a little Fortiflora...didn't help! UGH! Finally, I ignored her, started getting ready for the day and she finally ate!!! Can someone say ATTENTION *****! :lol:

Generally, she seems to be feeling better. Pooping and peeing has been fine (had to take a pic of her poop the other night...swear it was bigger than her! :lol: ) Last night, as I tried to sleep, she kept bugging me for more food which she hasn't done in quite some time! <- she hadn't finished her dinner by the time I went to bed, so that's all she had to eat and I guess she decided to finish it right when I crawled into bed. tough luck, honey! :razz:

I will get a +1.5 and then head out. Hope everyone has a fantastic Tuesday!

Morning! Good news that Shasta is feeling better. A sunny yellow start today - looking good Shasta.

Funny how they always seem to want things as we head off to bed.

Hi guys .. I'm glad shasta is feeling better .. too funny on her needing attention to eat .. our civvie is the same way .. she will ONLY come and eat 5 minutes after the food has been put down and mocha is eating away happily .. she needs to make a dramatic entrance I guess! Well, I got home about 5pm, put things away, and then tried to take a tiny nap. Shasta assumed her napping position...on my chest! :lol: :lol:

After I fed her, I ran to feed horses (huge storm was coming throw...turned out to be all bark, little bite). While I was outside, Shasta decided to give back her dinner. There was a little furry sludge in there and several chunks of her turkey treats (she doesn't chew...just inhales!) Since then, she has eaten more and kept it down. HOWEVER, she is looking very strange after using the LB...almost "confused". oh my.

And now, a drop of 100. UGH! NO BUENO!

My, oh my!!!! Someone's appy is back!!!! Other than her little vomit episode at dinner time, she's been HUNGRY! She finished off her dinner before +2 (unheard of for her); snack at +2 AND +3!!!

She still continues to practice her diving, but her form is lovely...pointed toes and very little splash! (don't worry, I knocked on wood!!)

FD is such a roller coaster! :roll: :lol: Is she acting ok now? Other than eating like a horse. :lol: :lol: That's great that her appy is so good. Maybe she puked up something that was bothering her. Go Shasta!

:lol: Thanks, Liz & Rhiannon! She is a bottomless pit tonight! I just checked her +3.5 and it was 63. I decided to break out the tuna (6%) to make sure that she wouldn't scoot too low. I only put about .25 oz in her bowl, along with the last nibbles of her previous snack...CHOW DOWN!!!

Her mood is a little quiet right now. I'm about to check her +4...just to make sure she's ok. Be back in a short bit. Thanks for cheering for us! Would love for her to surf, but she's not known to surf for long.
