Morning and another early wake up call, only this time I didn't get up! It was only 12:00 am or so when Mags kept at it! I know she wasn't low, and I left food overnight. The only thing I can think of is she wanted fresh fuds! Maggie is doing really well today and snoozing on her patio lookout comfy chair, one eye open just in case Ricky Raccoon or Ex-bf Buster strolls on by!

Thanks Marje for stopping by our condo last night. I signed off early and miss some visits. She did have a nice blue surf day yesterday. I spent a lot of time on Tanya's CRF website yesterday. I finally had to take a break as so much to absorb, but what an excellent site. I have a couple questions on it with Mags, so may pm you later. I hope you don't mind, but you've become our resident expert. I don't mean to use the word expert, but at the moment can't think of another word. Reading Willie's condo reminded me i need to research and be ready to ask my Vet questions next check-up.

Hi Karrie, thanks for visiting last night. No worries about always replying, as some days it's just so hard visiting everyone and keeping up. We're all just so glad you're here and to have your support and keep up with Victoria and Henry. You have so much to contribute with your knowledge and experience and what you've been thru. Thanks for your suggestions re the neck pain. I may look into one of the memory foam neck travel cushions. I saw two passengers using them on my long flight east last summer. You're so right, as I also find if I don't do those exercises the Physical Therapist taught me, the pain returns. Yes, heat definitely helps, and I should use it more often. I have a cervical pillow, but it's not that comfortable sleeping; and, as you know, Maggie has claimed it as her own! She says it helps her back.

Awwwwww.

Sleeping and driving are my biggest triggers for my neck. I don't know why long drives more than a half hour result in the cervicogenic migraine the next day.

I have to get a video for you.... guess what Hef does? He carries his fur mouse/pole away so the others can't play with it LOL. I think of Maggie every time.

Hi Michelle, thanks and I hope, too, she keeps up with the nice cycles and stays under the blue radar. I think the Bean is getting better with no fur shots and microdosing,

Hi Karrie, that has to be so painful with the neck pain and triggering the migraines. A long trip would be difficult. You will have to get a video of Hef and the pole mouse toy. How cute that he says it belongs to only him as it's from his Bean.

Hi Lisa, how terrible to have chronic neck pain due with having extra bones in your neck and extra set of cervical ribs. I wonder can they do anything surgically, although I hate to think of surgery in those areas. Yes, I think I am going to look for a memory foam neck thingy similar to Karrie's.

yes sx is a option for removal I was told back when this was discovered ( which was when my kids were little) but I thought noooo did not want to do that and then later found out my Grandmother had this as well not sure how common it is but someone I worked with at my clinic a man who had back problems also had this so he is the only one I have met to share the same thing confused_cat but hope yours feels better soon here is a link to more about what I have http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cervical_rib

Beautiful start for Maggie this morning! Chronic pain is just, well... a pain!!! I have got to start taking mine more seriously and not just ignoring it and living with it day in and day out. I hope a new travel pillow will help your neck... and that Maggie won't decide she needs IT too!!!

Enjoy your Sunday!

Hi Ann and Miss Maggie!

Thanks for stopping by Leo's condo these last few day, it means alot.

Very nice numbers for Mags today, and good to hear your doing better with no fur shots and micro-dosing. Wow on the midnight wake up call from Maggie, i guess sometimes the kitties just want some night time attention from the beans!

+8 108 Nice and slow blue surf, but there is one green, too!

Hi Lisa, thanks for the article. Wow, then it is genetic with your grandmother having it, too.
That's a tough one on a decision with surgery. If it had a successful outcome with relief of pain, I'd be tempted to look into it, or if you could talk to patients of the doctor who have gone thru the surgery, too. Hope you feel better.

Hi Christie, right now Maggie has moved to the pillow on my bed. They are so funny. A nap in every room except the bathroom.

Hi Tracy & Leo, you're so welcome as we were all so worried about you and Leo. Yes, those early morning wake up calls are strange. I think I need to wake her up with her evening nap and have play time. Yes, I'm having less fur shots. I couldn't believe how many I was messing up! Better times now.

Hi Roni, the memory foam mattress topper sounds so nice, thanks, for the suggestion. Mags is having a good Sunday, and her numbers are coming down and less fur shots.

Nice numbers for Maggie today! Funny girl on the midnight wake up call. I can't believe you held your ground and didn't get up!

Chronic pain is horrible! I really feel for you. Hope you find some relief. Do you use Biofreeze? That has really helped me. Thinking of you!

+3 169 Food spike!

Hi Melissa, thanks and finally Maggie is getting back on track. She had two mini meals after her pm shot, so I think the +3 is still a food spike. Yes, I did buy some of the Biofreeze when I had acupuncture, and it is a really good topical ointment and does provide relief. Thanks so much for your good thoughts, as I know you also suffer with RA pain and its side effects.
