8/14 LOOSE LIPS Happy Wacky Wednesday!

Good Morning LL!! (YUM! Elsa outdid herself this morning: PRIMO!), and Happy Wednesday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Today is WACKY WEDNESDAY!!! Lola and Bug SWEAR that it won't be wacky pizzas, just wacky Wednesday. Whatever that means.... Just like last week they are running around saying wacky wacky wacky. They is so weird. They is dressed really weird too. Maybe that is all they will do today: say wacky and dress really funny.... Silly kitties. so. well. anyways. Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot Breve's made from Sun-Dried Sumatra Rasuna beans. For my mocha fans: a VENTI Quad Cimmamum and Frango Mint infused white mocha/mocha blend with Frango chocolate chips melted within, topped with a cimmamum whip garnished with cimmamum sprinkles, white chocolate curls and frango mocha drizzle. ....SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of mint and vanilla and cimmamum swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with mint chips and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts are along for the ride!

I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. Mine was good, though for the life of me I can't think of what was noteworthy. I cleaned the house. :shock: and vacuumed up Lola's plant dirt piles :shock: :shock: , BUT! I did not dust. :lol: I hate dusting! :lol: :lol: Neither Lola or Bug are real fans of the vacuum, so I was allowed to vacuum in peace. it was funny, but I can stil see Mannie watching me as I vacuumed near the nanner pile. Remember that? OMG: he'd defend that pile to the max. Don't mess with the nanners! :lol: :lol: What a great memory. I did make it to the shore for a bit too, when the weather turned sunny about noon, it was a ncie time there, sunny, warm, and I think we made 82. Spent some time too trying to figure out the swim schedule for Nicholas once I have William in my care too. This is tough. Only a few weeks to go and I really need to know what I am doing.... nailbite_smile oh well, we will figure it out.

Normalcy in MusketeerVille! I took Bug outside for a few minuted yesterday. well held him while he got some sniffs. Hew smells! his nose was twitching faster than any nose I have ever seen. We have not let them out since we brought them into the house three months ago.... I keep wondering if maybe they should be just indoor kitties. I'd let them enjoy the deck etc if I could be sure they'd stay there. Somehow I trust Bug, but do not trust Lola. Gee.... I wonder why. :roll: :lol: :lol: Yesterday I kept hearing this scratching sound, over and over again, and couldn't quite figure out where it was coming from. Eventually I traced it to the bathroom. Lola had gotten into one of the cupboards and the door closed on her. oh horrors! Well actually she didn't seem to mind to much. There was too much for her to play within there. :lol: :lol: This was so funny: I had my phone out, checking on some things. The sun was at such an angle that it reflected off the surface of the phone, casting light spots on the ceiling and walls. Every time the phone moved, the light spots moved. Lola went crazy with that. Jumping onto the walls, the floor, wherever, trying to catch that spot of light. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: I so need to get one of those red dot thingies....

Have a great day everyone. I am back on DGS duty today. it will be a swim day for Nicholas, and then whatever else looks good to him. More berries? Maybe ! We should have decent weather, at least there are no rains predicted. YAY! I will try and get to condos when I can.

Nice on your uneventful day yesterday. I immediately thought of Mannie when you said you vacuumed. He was so not a fan of that. Glad you got out for a hike. Perfect weather for it.

Lola is something else. She keeps you hopping. We take ours out on leashes but that is it. Tarragon would be ok and sticks close to us but Turnup is an explorer and I'm afraid what would happen.

I only let Maui out, because she wants to sit on her chair and not leave the porch and she can only go out, if I'm sitting on the porch too. It's not safe where I am to let them out on their own. I had to leash Sydney because she wanted off the porch and to roll around in the dirt. I don't let Buster out, not sure what she would do, and not worth the risk. I know she wouldn't stay on the porch and besides she likes laying by the door with the screen engaged of course.

Did I miss Tuna Tuesday? What happened, I must have slept through it all and missed out my tuna juice! Hmmmm maybe you have leftover tuna juice that you can bring me and we can pretend it's Tuna Tuesday and not Wacky Wednesday! Cause nothing good comes from Wacky Wednesday! Those imps always try to do something to me.

What are they going to try today I wonder?!

oooh did you see that I'm gonna help Ollie win his trial and get off! I'm gonna be a WITness! I gets to tell the judge what I saw! :lol: :lol: And I won't have to lie, when I saw I didn't see nuttin' your judgeship! :lol: :lol:

Poor Ollie, I hope Johnny Catchron gets him off soon! Not sure what we will do if he's found guilty!

Morning Michelle, sounds like a nice day on catch-up stuff and so glad you got a shore walk in, too. I deplore dusting, too, dunno why, just hate doing it.
I also thought of Mannie and the guarding of the nanners when you were vacuuming. Good luck with the swim schedule with Nicholas and all. I know you'll get it all worked out fine.

Oh how funny with Lola getting caught inside the cupboard. Glad she made scratching sounds. One time it happened to Mags, and she made no sound. :? I found her eventually, and she just nonchalantly walked out! Lola would go crazy with one of those laser toys.

HI everyone! WHAT A DAY!!!! The energizer FISH, aka nicholas, and I had a good time at the pool. He was tired from the get-go today, so surprising that he stayed the normal amount of time. He gets into it and then off he goes. Really fun stuff.Once gain we dd all that we could do there. We did the trails too, per the norm. The blackberries are rally ripe now! YUM!! on a bummer note: well..... I broke another camera. again. CARP! and the topper: I had the plumbing guys out to look at the drain downstairs, which we have been having issues with, slow, starting to back up a little. They scoped it all out with their camera etc , and it seems that I am the proud owner of a collapsed sewer line. Yupp! collapsed. Only gawd knows where we have been draining too. :shock: Sure not out to the sewer lines in the street. AND (!!!) to top it all off they cannot backhoe the excavation, which will be about 10 feet down. :? It appears that years ago the Gas company used ours and my neighbor's yard to install some sort of underground 6 feet X 6 feet box (for what I have no clue, and who knew? not me!), so there is gas connections down there. :roll: :roll: All this has to be dug by hand. A HUGE OMG!!! :roll: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :sad: All this will take 3+ days to fix, and cost about mega bucks to repair. :shock: oh well, things happen, we deal, fix it, rob a bank to pay for it :lol: , and then carry on. Anybody got a cold beer? have one for me. I sure the could use it. :lol: :lol: I will post the Picassa links to the photos and videos in tomorrow's condo.

Hi Ann - THX on yesterday - it was a good productive day. LOL on the dusting. I am with you, and consequently it doesn't get done often here. :lol: THX too on Nicholas and the pool - we will figure it out I am sure, just a little nerve wracking getting there. ;-) Cool on remembering Mannie the nanners and the vacuum. He as so protective! :lol: oh my on Maggie and the cupboard. I like how she walked out like it was no big deal. Too fun! I think so too on Lola and the laser pointer. Gotta find one! THX on today - it was great!

Hi Hillary - I missed your post! sorry! I hear you the outside time. Mannie went out, but I knew he'd stay in the yard. Elsa does too. I think Bug would behave but not too sure on Lola. Right now they are content to lay by teh scree door, get their sniffs that way. It may end up just being the way it is for them. Truth be told: they don't mind.

MAUI! GF! YOU MISSED TUNA TUESDAY??????????????????????? No way! well I gots lots of tuna juice so I will bring you some today. that will make today very wacky. I thinks having tuna tuesday on wacky wednesday will satisfy Big and Lola. That is wacky enough for them I thinks anyways.... OOOOO! Cool on Ollie and his trial! you gets to be a witness? AWESOME!
