Re: 8/13 Zener PMPS 179
Good evening LL, we are amazed Zener is riding the blue wave for a few cycles in a row. Funny how his numbers seem to have leveled out since we started adding the squash to his fuds. {{{anti-jinx}}} Poos seem a bit more bulky and definitely more regular.
Still dealing with "our normal" appy issues but he seems to be holding his own. Someone has a birthday in two weeks. confused_cat
It is our last week before summer is over for the uni professors and back we go. We have our teaching schedules worked so Liz can work from home in the mornings and I can be home in the afternoons most days.
@John - it's been a so so appy day, but improved tonight with a little appy stimulant. No more pukus after the one this morning.
@Kat - Zener tries so hard to be very good, even running outside to puke. What a sweetheart! We put a few things on our curb too, before the big Goodwill trip, lasted about 10 minutes too!
@Ella - Zener is loving his blue suit! We love to "garbage pick" as it was called when I was in college. We got rid of quite a lot of stuff and it doesn't look like we got rid of anything! :?
@Suzanne - isn't it so encouraging to see nice blues in a string! We feel that same way even after 2 1/2 years! The Goodwill people love to see us drive up. One of the greeters says I bring good junk.
@Mary & Oliver - Zener thanks you for telling him how beautiful he is. He loves that! So far, I've not bought something back from Goodwill, but there's still time.
@Ann & Maggie - thanks for the appy vines, we can always use those, and tummy vines too. He is back to his breffis in bed routine lately, and I'm so glad, even though I usually sleep through it all. Last night, both Zener and Tillie, were in the bed with the sleeping MamaLizBean and there was no room for me!
@carla - isn't he a real gentleman cat to go purge outside? ;-)
@Wendy - YES, still blue! About to get a +3 in a few minutes, so we'll see what the evening may bring. We used to use moving as our motivation to declutter. Now that we've lived in the same house for 16 years, we need new motivation. Renovation, hmmm...
@Jamie & Jupiter - thanks for the happy appy wishes, we can always use those!
Thought you all might be interested in this week's column in our local paper, "Ask the Vet", written by Zener's vet. The first Q & A is a dog question and the 2nd one is about feline diabetes. She asked us to send the links to FDMB and the Lantus message board and she put it in her column. So, if there are any new members from Flagstaff, they may have gotten the info from our paper.
