Well, it has been a long time since I posted. There are some things going on that are zapping me of energy lately, so it has been hard to post. Simon seems to be stuck in the yellows over the last week but when I even add one small drop, he dives down, usually during the middle of the day when I can't monitor. I'm keeping him at this dose right now and may increase over the weekend when I am around the house more. I think he may be picking up on my emotions.

My other kitty, Cleo, with CKD, has been having a tough time. She is not eating as well and lost a little more weight. I have been syringe feeding her some extra food and have an U/S scheduled some time this week to see if something else is going on in addition to the CKD. Her blood work shows some changes going on. Today, she seems a little better and even came downstairs. She hasn't done that in a long time.

I'll try to post when I can. I miss ya'll and may definitly need some support. Thanks for any healing vines you send my way, especially for my sweet Cleo.

Hi Georgia, I've been thinking of you and knew last time you posted you were worried about Cleo. So sorry he's had some changes. Sending him some healing vines and hope the u/s will diagnose if anything is up and then you will know what you're dealing with for Cleo. They do worry us all the time. Keep us posted when you can. Amy and Ann, thanks so much for the healing thoughts. I still haven't heard back from the vet about when the U/S will be this week. They are taking their time in calling me back.

Hi guys .. it's nice to see you posting .. I can understand other family issues weighing us down and not wanting to post .. remember, we are always here for support .. I hope the U/S can answer some of the questions you may have about cleo .. keeping you guys in my thoughts and prayers!
 
See what I mean about his diving?! Of all nights...I didn't sleep a wink last night. I am giving him mc and will test again in a little bit. If he is still dropping, I'll bring out the FF with gravy. He usually is very carb sensitive, so he should go higher with the mc. I probably won't post again if he is going higher. So no more posting is good news.

I got an appointment for Cleo tomorrow for the U/S.
 
(((((Georgia))))) You are such a good bean. Paws crossed for the US tomorrow. Simon, what is all this drama? How about a nice safe surf?
