Good Saturday, Full Sturgeon Moon, Everyone,

Rusty is starting out green!! He woke us up early, but then settled down. Good test, good shot (I hope), breakfast (Wellness turkey) in 2 installments, good brushing (but the mats on his belly will have to wait until I can get him to turn over). He's napping at the moment, having declined to play, but we'll roust him and get him outdoors in a little while.

We'll have a usual Saturday morning: Farmers' market, post office, farmers' informal market by the railroad tracks, a walk. I need to go grocery shopping, since I've used up my cupboard stuff and have to replenish it. Weather is good. The almost-full moon was so bright, and so high in the sky last night at midnight that a mourning dove was singing!!! I've never heard a mourning dove sing at night.
Everyone have a good day. We are thinking positively that Leo will be fine and sending healing vines to Sara, Rocket, Champ, all other kitties and beans who need a lift.

Hey Kitties! Full Sturgeon Moon party tonight at Camp Stu. We all just got back from Cheekyface's OTJ party in Australia and need to party some more. So everybody come, OK? We'll be catching fish and grilling them by the light of the full moon. See you later,

Hi Ella - NICE amps Rusty - wow, and that sure is good to see. Rusty numbers!

Your day sounds nice, even if it is routine. A perfect Saturday. I hope Rusty gets moving soon :lol: :lol: and enjoys his time outside. That is kinda cool about the moon last night and the singing mourning dove. What a cine touch.

Rusty - dude! what a party last night - I love that moonbemaing thing. SWEET! hey Blackie is having a get-to-gether today for a while - you wanna come? Then we can head on over to camp Stu. And guess what!! the civies and I went sturgeon fishing last night - and we got lots!! We can have Sturgeon now for the party too. I hope your lake is full of fish... Rusty's getting ready for the Full Moon party. Got his bgs up a bit so that his beans don't worry!!

What an absolutely gorgeous day for Rusty!!! He wants to party in style.

Sounds like you had a lovely day, too, even with the chores!! Wish we had good farmers' markets here!

I hope the kits don't get too crazy tonight!!!! Tobey was all excited....he thinks you are making him a cinnamon cake :shock: :shock: :roll: :roll: :lol: :lol:
 
Poor Tobey doesn't know that only Rusty is at camp!! We're home. If he looks in the freezer he might find a cinnamon doughnut! Muffin, Rusty will be so happy to see you, and I hear that Checkers is coming, too.

Rusty seems to have a little bounce going. Or maybe I gave a fur shot this evening (didn't think so).

The full moon is spectacular here and I'm sure that at camp it is even better because there is very little other light there to compromise the moon's brightness. The kitties must be having a great time. Maybe we'll get a report tomorrow.

Kitties are ready to party again huh? Party safe kitties and don't get into too much trouble tonight!!
 
Rusty wants to be safe for the party tonight?? Wrong way, dude... it's okay to go a little green! Sounds like you had a lovely day... sweet dreams tonight!
