An all-night gentle rain in our neighborhood. 'Cept for Polly pawing at me and mewing at me to get up and "do the treats" several times (I skipped the overnight tests. She looked safe, I looked exhausted) we all got almost six hours straight-through sleep. Whooooohooooo :-D

Thanks Wendy, Sandy and Suzanne for easing my frustration with Polly's confetti spreadsheet yesterday. I understand, sorta. Suzanne, your theory makes sense to me. I am in awe of how you manage Cobb's condition. I just don't have the confidence that I could do that for Polly. It's all a little too much like Algebra and that stuff still brings chills after over 50 years away from the class!

Carla, Catherine. Thanks for stopping by with encouragement, too. Appreciate it.

Yes, Julie, I know Polly will have excellent care at CSU. The SRT is more for me than for her. She doesn't know she has acro/iaa. She's mostly feeling fine and being the Polly she's always been. Well, a lot more snuggly. A lot more secure. But I know me. I know without the treatment, I'll be on anxious alert waiting for shoes to drop and seeing symptoms of progression even when they aren't there. So, for me. It's for me. (Polly sure wouldn't vote for a two day road-trip!)

Hi guys .. numbers looked great last night! And those 6 hours probably felt amazing! As far as car rides, I don't know of any cat that would vote for them! Have a great day guys!

Gotta take those "long" 6 hour sleeps when you can. :-D Nice slide into blue today - I wonder what's next. :?

One part of the SRT road trip that Neko really like was having us to herself. No sharing the beans with that other cat! She got very snuggly at night in the hotel room.

I spent a lot of time in the early days looking at other acro kitties and IAA kitty spreadsheets. Not sure how much it helped me figure out Neko though. Over time I started to spot patterns. But as Suzanne said, it's easier once they reach a stable dose.

Nice to see Polly has made a nice gentle slide into blues tonight! I have been catching up with your last condos, glad to see you are going to SRT, wanted to wish you the best of luck with your road trip. I can understand Polly's reluctance to the road trip, but I know with Tiger, if I sound "convinced" that it is the best thing, her yowling stops. She will do fine- You are an inspirational bean! Also, nice on getting 6 hours of straight sleep, that may or may not happen tonight... ;-) ;-)
