Hello LL! Long time no condo for us :lol:
Yesterday I woke up to find Muffin munching on some tortilla chips that DS left out. :? She had dumped the nearly empty bag on the floor and there were crumbs everywhere! She was doing her best to clean them up tho :lol: So I checked her BG - 77. All in all she is doing very well, although she doesn't play as much as she used to because the kittens have taken over her toys and her playroom :evil: She went to the vet last week for her vaccines so I decided to run BW too, since she hasn't had it done since January. Everything was normal, including FPL :RAHCAT Her T4 has consistently been at the upper edge of the normal range, so Dr fears she may develop hyper-T at some point later in life, but for now, all is well!

Kitten update:
You all may remember that I found 4 kittens back in May and was hand raising them. At 6 weeks old, 2 of them were ready to move to their forever home (together), a dear friend of mine. A week after arriving there, Ruby sprained her ankle:
A week later, her brother Thor, went into complete renal failure and was hospitalized for 4 days and 4 nights. I brought him back to my house for his recovery period, as I live closer to the vet and my friend doesn't have a car. Here he is after being released from the hospital:
Poor little guy was nothing but skin and bones, but what a will to live he has! I kept him for 2 1/2 weeks and nursed him back to health and sent him back home. That was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. We formed quite a bond during that time.
The other 2 boys I kept, much to Muffin's dismay :roll: But they are happy healthy little boys and quite a joy to have around.

Muffin is really looking foward to seeing the LL gang at the full moon party tonight, and getting away from these little boys for a while :lol: She's napping right now in preparation!
