Good morning -

Emma was still in a pretty perky mood this morning. I don't know what's gotten into this kitty, but she clearly feels good. It will be interesting to see if she actually does have a UTI. Judging by her behavior I'm guessing she doesn't.

She was VERY hungry this morning - I had to take her breakfast away again. Apparently Wellness turkey mixed with EVO and FF salmon makes for a delicious meal - who knew? I was just trying to get rid of the open cans of cat food in the fridge....

Feeling a little sad this morning after reading Sherry & Harley's condo from yesterday. I haven't been a regular visitor to their condo, but I feel for her. It brings back all the feelings of when I lost my Tess. So devastating. :cry:

Hope everyone has a great day. Work will be quiet today, and I'm hoping for clear skies later tonight so I can get out and watch the meteor shower.

Maybe I'll use that recipe and see if it will spark Kasha's appetite... I'm nearly immune to the smell of cat food in the morning now anyway!

My heart is aching for Sherry this AM too. After all I've gone thru with my kitties this year and other years... I can sympathize only too well. I just want the x-rays to be wrong for them. My mom told me a story last weekend of when my dad got lung x-rays years ago and there was a spot on his lung. They worried about it for quite a while before a radiologist realized it was a thumbprint or something on the films.

Someone was a little piggy today. all of her food was gone (and I put down extra before I left for work, because I was worried she might drop fast after shoveling it in so fast this morning), and she was just hunting me down for a snack as soon as I walked in the door. She has definitely lived up to her nickname of piglet today!

I was scouring my old photos last weekend for some pictures of my little sister (so I could embarrass her on facebook for her 29th birthday on Monday), and I came across some baby pics of Emma. This one's pretty cute.

OMG Look at that little Baby!!!!! Emma is doing her sunny yellow routine :-D and that's so good-

I love kittens! they do the best things and are so cute when they are small. Nice photo, and thanks for posting!

Nice even yellow for Emma - looks like she had a good day. hey Emma - blues are nice too!

I hope the skies there are clear and that you can see the meteor shower - they are so fascinating.

AWWWWwwwww so CUTE!! How sweet she is....and so little...can you remember her when she was that small? They do grow so quickly....very cute!
Is your sister gong to kill you or what??? :o

Well, she's still hanging in the yellow with a 236 @ +3. Maybe we'll see a little blue later on!

I do remember her being that little - she was a crazy little kitten and I have lots of memories of the silly things she used to do. I'll never forget coming home to find her up on top of the baby grand, which sat in what would be the dining room area of the condo I lived in, standing up straight on her hind legs, spinning the chandelier with one paw! I was wondering for weeks what she was doing on top of the piano, because I'd come home and find a million little paw prints all over the shiny black finish! :mrgreen:

And I don't THINK my sister is going to kill me, Pat, but I haven't seen her since I posted the pics on Monday because she lives in VA. BUT, she IS coming home next weekend, so I'll watch my back! nailbite_smile

The pictures weren't really all that bad...just ones I thought were cute. Like this one:
