? 8/13 Dallas AMPS 301, +6.5 322, PMPS 383. Ok to increase?

I believe Dallas is due for an increase tomorrow evening. Can he still get an increase even though we haven't been able to do a curve first? My boyfriend will most likely do a curve on Sunday.

I thought I just had to start over and dose for another 3 days, then increase, but I am still new I don't want to do the wrong thing.

You wait 3 days and then re-evaluate, as we have to see where the cat went in the previous three days since a dose was changed. Here's a bit from the TR dosing methods sticky:

Increasing the dose:

• Hold the dose for 3 - 5 days (6 - 10 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are less than 200 before increasing the dose by 0.25 unit.
  • if your cat is new to numbers under 200, it is recommended to hold the dose for at least 8-10 cycles before increasing.
  • when your cat starts to see nadirs under 100, hold the dose for at least 10 cycles before increasing.
• Increase by 0.25 unit after 3 days (6 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are greater than 200, but less than 300.
• Increase by 0.5 unit after 3 days (6 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are greater than 300.
