Well I wanted low blues from Crystal and she has certainly obliged this cycle, bless her. Gave Crystal 14.5uR this morning and again on her PMPS tonight. Just keep doing what you are doing Crystal, mamabean is very content with these figures.

Bit late posting today, we had no internet this morning due to the horrendous storm we had last night - another night of no sleep and a dog hyperventilating because he was so scared, cats slept through the whole storm...... and it hasn't even cleared the air, still horribly sticky and humid, ugh.

OT @Brashworks , Melanie recommended the ZoomGroom aid, it arrived this afternoon from Amazon and I can't believe Crystal's reaction, she totally loves it, was purring, doing a little dance and licking my hand to encourage more zooming so I think she likes it! Got a handful of dead fur from her, I could almost see her wriggling underneath it! Didn't go down well with Poppydoodle, got a hiss for my efforts, Chloe seemed quite keen but haven't had a try with Tiggy yet. But very happy with the purchase as I bought it mainly for Crystal as her coat is not looking it's best lately. Bolly's Zoom Groom arrived as well, hoping to have a go with him later.

DH is on his way to collect Belgian GF from the train station, busy in the kitchen at the moment, hope to look in late tonight but vines and wishes to all in need, and keeping Tricia in our thoughts for a good vetty visit for Cinco tomorrow.

Great job Suki. I'm jealous of Crystal's numbers. But not the thunderstorm, though they keep telling us we might get one here.

My civie adores the zoom groom. I get purring, major drooling, and fur flying everywhere with him. Neko likes it too and will purr, as long as I don't do it for too long. I've seen dogs go crazy for it too. I hope it works for Bolly.

Thanks Marilyn, Wendy and Bron for checking in, Crystal is doing really well. Just given her another Zoom Groom, same effect, just loves it.
I also got a nanner from Amazon but fear it won't last long as Bolly has commandeered it, I keep telling him it's CATnip, not DOGnip, but he seems to think he's a cat anyway. Chloe is having a roll around on it at the moment, acting very silly, but Crystal doesn't seem interested at all, strange because she likes the plant in the garden.
Just did her +6 bedtime test and its a little higher at 166. So a quick check on the forum and off to bed for me.
Don't forget to tell us about some of the food she cooks!
Nothing yet, only arrived this evening but I have her down for a chocolate mousse for a dinner with friends on Sunday but I am sure she will come up with some yummy ideas before then. Friends bearing Belgian chocolates and champagne are always welcome!

Crystal is about as blue as a kitty can be! Good girl Crystal!:cool:

Tiger always loved her Zoom Groom- glad it's working for you! Have you heard of the Thundershirt for dogs? Tiger always hated thunderstorms too but they don't make them for cats.

Have a good visit with the GF!

Cinco loves the Zoom Groom, too, and demands it several times a day. I get tons of loose fur off of him. I haven't tried it with anyone else. I don't think it would work with Minka's long hair, and Harvey cannot hold still for brushing, but Sasha might like it.

Crystal looks great in blue today. Nice cycles.

Enjoy your visit with your friend and don't eat too much of that chocolate! ;)

115 @ AMPS, so usual 14.5uR given this morning. It's pouring rain really heavily so 3 kitties sitting in their chairs under the terrace waiting for it to stop, Tiggy took one look and said no thanks and has gone back to join DH in bed. Francoise isn't impressed with the weather so far. Not much planned today, off to the market this morning and then a lazy day.

Thanks for looking in Melanie, Peg, Tricia, Ruth and Laura - interesting about the Thundershirt, good idea but whether he would keep it on is another matter, we do the same thing, just hug him and try to calm him. Actually I wonder if the Rescue Remedy might work too, don't need these sleepless nights.
